Celcom Business is an exclusive package offered to Companies where they will enjoy the flexibility to share or allocate quota limit to each of their members. All members will enjoy Unlimited Calls and SMS to All Networks.

Who are the target customers?
This package is open to ALL New, MNP, CRP (Change Rate Plan), P2P (Prepaid to Postpaid) and TOS (Transfer of Subscribership) customers under Corporate Official Account only.
All companies subscribed to a Celcom Business package(s) will have an account created according to the information indicated in the Registration Form. An email will be sent to the Account Administrator’s email (as indicated in the Registration Form) for account activation.

Is an online Self-Service Portal provided by Celcom to Corporate Clients Person In Charge (PIC) to manage their First Business and Business Allshare’s corporate lines at any time and everywhere. 

Business Portal provides two types of access i.e. as an Administrator or as a Business PIC. 

Administrator:  Person in Charge (PIC) of the company, who needs to manage overall accounts under company BRN.

Business PIC:  Person in Charge (PIC), who needs to manage Individual Master Account of the Celcom Business AllShare™ plan. Each Master account will need different email address for Business Portal registration.


Important Notes:
  • Price displayed do not include 6% SST and 6% SST will be charged in the bill
  • VAS purchases e.g. Add On, Content (CMT / Games / Apps), IDD, roaming Usage etc are not included in Usage commitment policy.
  • Unlimited Calls & SMS to all networks applies to domestic usages only (excluding, video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, IDD calls to Singapore & IDD/border calls to Brunei
  • Standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/or non-personal usage.
  • Non-multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we are consider to be non-standard usage.
  • Hybrid CUG ID features must be drag into Celcom Business Plan upon registration to enable free call among company/colleagues

What does Unlimited Calls and SMS mean?
With this package, you can make unlimited domestic calls and SMS to any Celcom number as well as to any other local mobile operators and fixed line numbers. However, it does not include video calls, special numbers and toll free 1-300/1-800/600 number calls

Can customer use his Unlimited Call & SMS and Internet allocation while roaming?
No. Call & SMS and Internet allocation are applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
Call & SMS and Internet while roaming will be chargeable on top of customer monthly commitment at roaming charges

What are the call block charges for Video Calls?
The call block is 30 seconds per block.

What happen if customer does not fully utilize his Internet allocation?
If customer does not fully utilize his Internet allocation, the balance will be forfeited.

If monthly Internet allocation is not fully utilized, can it be carried forward?
No. The allocated Internet quota allocation cannot be carried forward. It will be automatically forfeited upon completion of a bill cycle. This applies to Add Ons Internet Bundles as well.

In the event that customer’s usage had exceeded allocated Internet quota before end of billing cycle, can customer add on quota?
Yes, Account Administrator of the Company can add more Internet quota via Business Portal at certain fee.

What happens if customer fully utilizes the Internet allocation within billing cycle?
Customer can still enjoy the Internet access at 64kpbs caps at 15GB. Internet quota will be refresh in next bill cycle. To continue enjoying the data service at better speed and limit, Account Administrator of Company can purchase Add On.

How can customer check how much customer have used for Internet allocation?
Customer can check the internet allocation and usage (parent level and member level) via Business Portal. For member line, customer can also check the Internet usage via type Bal Status and send to 28882

e.g.

If company choose “Auto Sharing” feature, company will receive this SMS Notification RM0: XX MB/GB, Sharing Quota Used: XX MB/GB, Expiry: dd/mm/yyyy, Throttled/Blocked: NO. As of dd/mm/yyyyy
If company choose “Auto Allocation” feature, company will receive this SMS Notification RM0: XX MB/GB, Allocate Quota Used: XX MB/GB, Expiry: dd/mm/yyyyy, Throttled/Blocked: NO. As of dd/mm/yyyyy

Will customer be getting any SMS notification on usage utilization at Parent Level and Member Level?
Yes, there will be messages sent to the Account Administrator and Member lines. The Account Administrator will receive messages either via email or SMS on the group quota status and usages. Member lines will receive a notification via SMS on the quota limit set by the company, quota balance and usages

Customer do not want to receive any promotional SMS notification. How does customer cancel it?
Unfortunately, unlike other promotional SMS’ selling services and products, the SMS notification is intrinsically part of the service and cannot be cancelled

Does Person in Charge of Company receive any SMS notification if customer subscribe to “Add On”?
Yes.

How can customer check usage for Celcom Business?
Customer can check usage for Celcom Business in totality and by mobile number via

  1. Account Administrator can manage and monitor the usage via Business Portal
  2. Member line can check balance of usage vis SMS: Send ‘BAL STATUS’ to 28882

Does Celcom Business package come with a minimum term of contract?
Yes, all Celcom Business packages are required to be active for a minimum period of 24 months.

 

What is an Auto Sharing feature?
This feature is a default component that has been built into all Celcom Business packages. The charges for this feature is FOC.
Upon registration, if company did not subscribe for “Auto Allocation” features the allocation of Internet will be parked at “POOL SHARING Bucket”. (It will be based on first come first serve basis) Account Administrator can change the treatment which is from Auto Sharing to Auto Allocation via Business Portal

If I subscribe any different box plan can I share data with others box plan? 
No

 

What is an Auto Allocation feature?
Upon registration, if company subscribe for “Auto Allocation” feature, the allocation of Internet for each package will be done by Account Administrator of the company. The Account Administrator can control and allocate Celcom Business Internet allocation with any quota allocation, as long as the total allocated quota is not higher than the total subscribe quota. Account Administrator can manage this via Business Portal

As an Account Administrator for Celcom Business, can I control my Internet allocation of my members?
Yes, you can control and allocate Celcom Business Internet allocation with any quota allocation, so long as the total allocated quota is not higher than the total subscribe quota. You can manage this via Business Portal

What does Usage limit mean?
Usage Limit is a limit of data that the company’s Account Administrator allocates to member lines, once the shared or allocated line usage hits the usage limit, its data browsing experience will be throttled. (The data usage speed will be throttled down to 64kbps upon full utilization of the Internet Quota, capped at 15GB).

I have set a usage limit for my member lines, can I increase / decrease the usage limit?
Yes, as an Account Administrator of company, you can increase or decrease the usage limit of your user line via Business Portal. This will reflect immediately (real-time).

Can my member lines set or change their own usage limit?
No, only the company’s Account Administrator can set the Usage Limit. Member lines can only view their usages.

 

What is Intersharing Data?
This feature will give companies flexibility to share available monthly Internet quota balance across any active Business AllShare Plans within the same BRN.

How does this features works?
This features enable the Administrator to transfer data from one master account to another master account within same BRN. 

Once data been transferred to respective Master Account, the Celcom Business PIC of that account will be able to allocate data to the member.

** Only Administrator (Companies PIC) are allowed to subscribe this features.

Access Type

Administrator:  Person in Charge (PIC) of the company, who needs to manage overall account under company BRN.

Celcom Business PIC:  Person in Charge (PIC), who needs to manage Individual Master Account for Celcom Business AllShare™ ONLY. Each Master account will need different email address for Business Portal registration.

How can I subscribe to this feature?
This features is only available thru Business portal only. 

What type of data I can share across the AllShare Plan?
This is only applicable to the monthly internet quota. The donor should have sufficient monthly internet data balance before proceed with Intersharing Data features.

Data quota from Add On Internet is not applicable.

How many times the Administrator can transfer the data?
No Limit.

Is there any history of the Intersharing Data transaction shown in the portal?
Yes. Portal shall display the summary of the latest transferred/received data as a net amount for the transaction within a bill cycle. 

You will find that the net amount potentially display as a negative or a positive value. 

If negative value e.g. -150 GB means you have donated more than you have received in the current month of bill cycle. Positive value e.g. 230 GB means if you have received more than you have donated in the current month of the bill cycle.

How much do I need to pay to enjoy this Intersharing Data features?
FOC until further notice.

Does Add On Line RM70 and Add On Line RM20 entitled to this features?
Yes it does. Add on lines will need to tie with Individual Master Account. 
Administrator will transfer the data to any Master Account using Intersharing Data features.  PIC will do the allocation of data quota to the member.

Example: Allshare Gold data quota 180GB + (2 x Add On Line RM70=10GB) = Data Quota 190GB.

 

What are extra benefit that customer get from subscription of Add On Line RM70?
Customer will get extra benefit from subscription to Add On Line RM70 such as: -

  1. This line will get Unlimited Calls, SMS + Extra 5GB Internet + 10% Total Device Subsidy
  2. Additional Device Subsidy per line

Note: Add On Line RM20 is for sharing poll data only with No voice or SMS service.

Can customer add more lines to his/her Celcom Business?
Yes, customer can add unlimited number of lines depending on the package that has been chosen;

No, only the company’s Account Administrator can purchase Add On Internet

What happens if customer do not fully utilize the Internet quota?
Any unused internet quota will be forfeited upon the end of billing cycle.

What is the treatment of Credit Limit for Celcom Business package?
If Group + Parent credit limit is hit but individual member credit limit is not hit, then the entire plan is barred.
If Group + Parent credit limit is not hit, but individual member credit is hit, then only the particular member is barred.

What is Penalty for Celcom Business?
Celcom Business package will have two (2) types of Penalty which is: -

  1. Penalty based per Plan (S, M, L)
    • Each Plan will come with penalty based on “device subsidy” given

    • Each no of Add On Line RM70 will carry the penalty of RM180
    • If Add On Line RM70 terminated within contract period, the penalty will “Kick in”
    • If Add On Line RM70 CRP to “Complimentary SIM” within contract period, the penalty will be “kick in”
    • The penalty has been treat as a “reducing balance”
    • There should be an option for BTC to do waiver of penalty per Line if required.

 

What will be the charges if customer temporary disconnect/the account is temporary disconnect due to customer apply (voluntary) or fault (involuntary) in the middle of Bill Cycle?
Customer will be charge FULL amount of the recurring charges in the current bill and will not receive a refund in the next bill.

What happen to the customer account during the time of temporary disconnect due customer apply (voluntary) or fault (involuntary)?
During the time of temporary disconnect, no charges will be charged to the customer account.

Can customer reconnect the account?
Yes, can

How much is the reconnection fee?
RM10

What happen if the account has been release from call barred/suspension recovery status?
When customer make a payment to the account then the call barred will be release. If the recurring charges has suspended before, system should resume collection of the recurring charge in the next bill cycle.

Consider below scenario:

The bill date is 1st of every month and subscriber’s service is resumed on 6th June.

What happen if customer want to reconnect the line/the account and the line/account is reconnect back on the following month?
Customer will be charge full amount of recurring charges in the following month and the reconnection fee RM10 will be charge in the current bill cycle.

What will be the charges if customer temporary disconnect/the account is temporary disconnect due to didn’t pay the amount outstanding in the middle of Bill Cycle?
Customer will be charge FULL amount of the recurring charges in the 1st month after call barred

What is Business Portal?
Business Portal is a webpage that enable Administrator (appointed by company during registration) to view and manage account within Celcom Business. This is a real-time portal where all the transaction/request will be immediately active after receive the successful message (exclude Add On Solution which might take longer time depends on the product)

How do I get the access to Business Portal?
All companies subscribed to a Celcom Business Plan(s) will have an account created according to the information indicated in the Registration Form. An email will be sent to the Account Administrator’s email (as indicated in the Registration Form) for account activation. Account Administrator will receive SMS notification with the details to sign up at the Business Portal.

What are requirements for Transfer of Subscribership (TOS)?
Applicant must submit supporting document for registration and both parties (Transferor and Transferee) sign TOS form. Letter must be provided if TOS form is not signed by one of the party.

 

What are requirements for customers from competitors to Port in to Celcom Business?
Applicant must submit supporting documents for registration. Below are requirements for customers from competitors to Port in to Celcom Business:

  1. Customer service representative must ensure that the Donor Network Operator (DNO) information is correct. AM and Celcom Authorized Agent can request to check the customer’s existing mobile phone and see if the word “MY MAXIS” or “MY DIGI” appears on the mobile phone.
  2. Customer service also must ensure that the current or existing Mobile Number is correct.
  3. Customer must provide a copy of latest month bill from DNO to enjoy the same Value Added Services (VAS) and/or when the customer chooses to follow the same DNO credit limit (for corporate official only)

 

Can prepaid customer migrate to Celcom Business?
Yes, prepaid customer can migrate to Celcom Business. However, customer must meet criteria as specified below;

  1. The prepaid number must be active or with credit balance
  2. In the event that the number is not registered under Corporate official, customer must provide the following:
    1. Prepaid Registration Form (for submission to Branch via Celcom Authorized Agent or walk-in customer)
    2. Copy of owner’s NRIC OR Corporate Release letter if belong to Corporate Prepaid
    3. Letter of Transfer signed by the prepaid’s owner
    4. Celcom Authorized Personnel are required to check in Centouch Info system for further verification such as below:

What is the difference between One-off Privilege and Monthly Privileges?

How do I choose the privileges?
Lifestyle Privileges can only be redeemed via Celcom Life App. For first-time log in, you will be prompted to select either a One-off Privilege or Monthly Privileges. Redemption via Celcom Online Customer Service will be made available soon. Stay tuned for more updates.

What if I do not make any selection upon logging in to Celcom Life App or Celcom Online Customer Service?

Celcom Business Wireless is an Internet connection provided by connecting to the 4G mobile network, which can be good for Cafe, Homestay, SOHO, budget Hotel who can't access Fibre or ADSL, yet need a reliable connection with lots of data. It allows you to enjoy a 4G/LTE connection directly to your computer, Television, Smartphones and other smart devices via seamless WiFi access anywhere within your area.

You may visit the Celcom website or Account Manager or VAPS to check whether your area is within the coverage area.

What are the conditions for subscription? 
Celcom Business Wireless is available for Corporate Official and registration using BRN number.

No, Celcom Business Wireless comes with a router and sim.

No, you can’t use this service outside of the country. 

My Celcom Business Wireless router is not working. How do I get it fixed? 
If your Celcom Business Wireless router is still under warranty (24 months), you can walk in to any Blue Cube for a replacement.

Would Celcom install premise router for me? 
No. It’s a plug and play router, therefore no installation is needed for this service. 

Can I bring this Celcom Business Wireless Router around when I travel? 
No. You will not be able to bring this router around as it’s locked to your registered address. 

How do I unlock the Celcom Business Wireless Router if I am moving to new premise address? 
You can call to our Contact Center, Account Manager, VAPS or visit to our nearest Blue Cube to update your new registered address.

What are the monthly fees?

Part 2: 30 Days Return Policy

What is 30 Days Return Policy?
30 Days Return Policy is for Celcom Business Wireless customers who want to cancel the 24 months contract within 30 days and they will be no monthly fee charged to the customer.

How can I be entitled for the 30 Days Return Policy?
Every Celcom Business Wireless subscriber is automatically entitled to 30 days return policy. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must return the Celcom Business Wireless Router with the complete accessories in good condition and fill in the termination form within 30 days after plan activated.
You must bring the device to any Celcom Blue Cube or courier to EBS Technical Support when you request for the termination, if failed to return the device, penalty will be imposed and you must pay the penalty RM1200 should be charged to the customer bill or else the termination cannot be done. Upon bad condition, lost or refuse to return the device to Celcom, the warranty of the device will be deemed void.

What happens if I return and incomplete or faulty Celcom Business Wireless Router due to my negligence?
Penalty will be incurred if you terminate without returning the complete set or a faulty/dented modem. The penalty is RM1200. Complete set of accessories is referring to router, adaptor, LAN cable, user manual and router box.

Where do I return my Celcom Business Wireless Router and complete accessories?
You have to go to any Celcom Blue Cube or courier to EBS Technical Support if you want to return and terminate the service within 30 days.

Part 3: Billing

What will I see in my first bill?
You will receive your first bill on the second month of your subscription together with the package value on the second month. You will see a statement reflecting your monthly access fee plus a pro-ration of the access fee from the date of your registration to the date that you are billed and a stamp fee of RM10. Additional charges and rebates will be reflected based on the offerings that are part of your package.

How do I pay for my service
You may make payments at any of our Blue Cubes, kiosk services or via online banking services such as Maybank2u or CIMBClicks.


Part 4: Celcom Business Wireless Router

What will I get upon registration?
You will receive 1 unit router, 1 adaptor, 1 LAN cable, 1 user manual and 1 router box.

What is the warranty period for the router?
The router have a warranty period of twenty four (24) months.

What if my router are faulty and need replacement?
You will not be charged for the replacement of the router during the warranty period due to damages caused by a manufacturing defect. In the event that the modem is damaged due to your negligence you will be charged  RM1200.
 

Part 5: Cancellation, Upgrade/Downgrade and Termination

What if I would like to cancel my subscription?
You will not be charged any fee if you request to cancel your subscription within 30 days (kindly refer to 30 Days Return Policy). If you cancel your subscription after 30 days, you have to pay penalty RM1200 with reducing balance.

Can I buy add on quota?
Yes, you can add on quota by purchased via calling to Contact Centre.

Can I upgrade my plan?
You may request a plan upgrade at any time with no upgrading fee. Upgrading plan can only happen after 30 days from the registration date.

Can I downgrade my plan?
You may request a plan downgrade at any time subject to a  downgrading fee of RM50 with no renewal on the minimum subscription period. Downgrading plan can only happen after 30 days from the registration date.

Can I relocate my service at any other location?
You may request service relocation subject to the availability of the service at the new location. You can only request for relocation after 30 days from the registration date.

What if my new location is not within coverage area?
You may request for termination of your account. However, if you are still within your contract period, you may have to pay the penalty.

What if I terminate the service within the contract period?
You will be charged penalty of RM1200 with reducing balance, which will be reflected in your final bill.

If I terminate the service before the contract ends, do I need to return the Celcom Business Wireless Router?
No, you can keep the Celcom Business Wireless Router after you pay the penalty.

What is Celcom Business Fibre?
Celcom Business Fibre is a service that provides High Speed Internet (HSI) and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services that uses optical fibre technology offered to businesses. It allows you to enjoy ultrafast internet directly to your computer or via seamless WiFi access anywhere within your office.

Where can I check the coverage area?
You may visit the Celcom website or contact our Account Manager to check the service coverage area. Service coverage areas will increase from time to time. For faster response, please call our contact centre at 1-300-11-3282.

What is the eligibility required for subscription?
Celcom Business Fibre is eligible for Corporate/ Business customers.

How do I subscribe to this service?
There are a few alternative channels available. You may subscribe to the service via our Business Partners or Account Manager. Should you have any questions, you may call our contact centre at 1-300-11-3282 to get details of our Business Partners.

What comes with Celcom Business Fibre?
Celcom Business Fibre comes with one fixed line number, an ONT (Optical Network Termination) or modem, a router and a DECT phone.

Can I change the fixed line number that is provided to me?

You can request to change the last 3 digits (subject to availability) of your fixed line number when you sign up. We will send the fixed line number assigned to you via the welcome email upon service activation. A change of a fixed line number is not allowed after the service has been installed at your business premise.

Can I convert my account from Postpaid to Prepaid?
Celcom Business Fibre account is on a postpaid basis and cannot be converted into prepaid basis.

Part 2: Installation

When can I schedule my installation?
You may choose your preferred Installation time slot by filling up the service registration form. Installation date may be varied depending on the TechXpert’s availability and you may be required to provide an alternative date for the installation if the Installation date is not available. You will receive a welcome email and SMS to inform you on the actual installation slot.

What I have to do to reschedule my installation slot?
Upon receiving the welcome email or SMS, you may call 1-300-11-3282 to reschedule the installation time slot.

What if I would like to cancel my subscription before the installation takes place?
You may call our Contact Centre at 1-300-11-3282 for cancellation. You will not be charged any fee if you request to cancel within a minimum of four (4) days prior to the installation date. A cancellation fee of RM200.00 will be imposed if you cancel your appointment within four (4) days from your installation day.

Is there an imposed fee if I were to reschedule my installation appointment?
You will not be charged any fee if you request to reschedule within a minimum of four (4) days prior to the installation date. A rescheduling fee of RM200.00 will be imposed if you reschedule your appointment within four (4) days of your previously set appointment.

How long is the installation process?
The installation process will take approximately four (4) to six (6) hours depending on the premises. You will receive a call from Celcom four (4) days from the appointment date to confirm the installation date and time. In the event that you are not reachable, we will deem the appointment is confirmed and proceed to inform our TechXperts. Our TechXpert will contact you directly on the day of the installation to arrange for the installation to take place.

Will there be any drilling involved and approval to enter the building?
There will be potential drilling to connect the service to your office. You will need to approve the drilling and the design of the connection prior to installation in service installation form. Any building space requiring management approval shall be taken up by customer.

What if I request for a non-standard installation?
You may request for a non-standard installation and the cost shall be borne by you. The request shall be made directly to the TechXpert and cost (refer below) thereof shall be paid directly to the TechXpert;

How do I use my Celcom Business Fibre?
Step 1: Search for your Celcom Business SSID displayed on the Router using a computer or a smart device.
Step 2: Select the Celcom Business SSID and key in the Security Key displayed on the Router.
Step 3: You are connected to the network. Enjoy your Celcom Business Fibre anywhere within your home.

Can I have my CCTV connected to the service?
The service is compatible with selected brands and models of CCTV only. Kindly ensure that your CCTV is compatible with a private dynamic IP and you may need to contact your CCTV supplier for the configuration.

 

Part 3: Billing

What will I see in my first bill?
Your bill statement will reflect your monthly access fee plus a pro-rated access fee from the date of your activation to the date that you are billed and a stamp fee of RM10. Additional charges and rebates will be reflected based on the offerings that are part of your package.

What are the charges that are applicable to the SST?
In principle, all products and services for consumption in Malaysia are subjected to SST at 6%

What type of bill will I receive for my subscription?
You can request for printed bill or e-billing. E-Billing is a service where you will receive your bill online instead of a physical bill. To ensure that you receive your e-bill, you need to have a valid Celcom Online Customer Service (OCS) ID and password which can be retrieved from the Celcom OCS website at https://www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice/account

How much is the e-billing service?
E-billing is free of charge.

What if I want to subscribe to the printed bill?
You can subscribe to the printed bill through the Online Customer Service (OCS).
Printed summary bill Corporate Official is charged at RM2.00.
For printed itemized bill Corporate Official is charged at RM5.00.

How do I pay for my service?
Payments can be made at any Blue Cube, our kiosk services or online banking such as Maybank2u or CIMBClicks. Should you have any questions regarding billing payment, you may call our contact centre at 1-300-11-3282.

 

Part 4: Device

What are the devices that will be installed on my premises?
We will install a Router (RGW) and a Modem (ONT) on your premises.

What is the warranty period for the devices?
The Router and Modem have a warranty period of twelve (12) months.

What if my devices are faulty and need replacement?
You will not be charged for the replacement of the devices during the warranty period due to damages caused by a manufacturing defect. In the event that the device is damaged due to your negligence you will be charged with RM300 for the replacement of the router and RM500 for the replacement of the modem.

Can I upgrade my speed?
You may request for a speed upgrade at no charge, at any time with no renewal on the minimum subscription period.

Can I downgrade my speed?
You may request for a speed downgrade at any time subject to a downgrading fee of RM50.00 with no renewal on the minimum subscription period.

Can I relocate my service at any other location?
You may request for service relocation subject to the availability of the service at the new location at the rate of RM200.00 per request.

What if my new location does not have the infrastructure for this service yet?
You may request for termination of your account, and if you are still within the contract period, your termination fee will be waived provided you produce an original utility bill with your new location address.

What if I terminate the service within the contract period?
You will be charged a termination fee of RM500.00 which shall be reflected in your final bill.

If I terminate the service before the contract ends, do I need to return the device(s)?
We only require for you to return the modem. All other devices belong to you. Our TechXpert will arrange to collect the modem from your home.

Where can I terminate the service?
Termination of service is only available at Blue Cube or via our Account Managers.

Yes. Music Walla™ is a service that is attached to your phone number and not your mobile phone.

How do I renew my Celcom Music Walla™ subscription?
If you are a Prepaid customer, you will get a reminder SMS when your Music Walla™ subscription is about to end and you have the option of responding to renew your Music Walla™ subscription. If you are a Postpaid customer, your Music Walla™ subscription will automatically be renewed until you choose to unsubscribe.

Can I unsubscribe from Celcom Music Walla™?
Yes. If you are a Prepaid customer, you can just stop renewing the subscription while Postpaid customers can unsubscribe by dialing *118#, entering the “Other add-ons” menu and selecting “Unsubscribe”. To unsubscribe via the Celcom Life app, tap the “Usage” tab and select “Unsubscribe”. You will be brought to a confirmation screen. Tap “Proceed” to confirm that you will be terminating your subscription.

Does Celcom Music Walla™ cover premium subscription fees?
No. Music Walla™ does not cover premium subscription fees.

Will I be charged Tax when I subscribe to Celcom Music Walla™?
For prepaid customers, you will not be charged Tax for the VAS or content when you subcribe as Tax has been paid upon reload. For postpaid users, Tax will apply on the price of VAS or content purchased and you will be able to see the total Tax for the month in your monthly statement. For direct payment (EG: Via Credit card), Tax will be applied upon payment..

Do I need to pay more for additional services following the SST implementation?
Generally, prices of our existing products and services remain unchanged and applicable Tax will be charged on the total amount if applicable. The Tax collected from you will be remitted to the Customs department. Refer to our product websites via www.celcom.com.my for a detailed price breakdown of our goods and services.

What is Celcom Video Walla™?
Video Walla™ offers premium video services and allocated data for video streaming to all Celcom subscribers in one unique pack. Celcom subscribers will be given the freedom to stream their preferred movies, TV shows and any videos anytime, anywhere with Malaysia’s widest and fastest mobile network. Video Walla™ is a service exclusively for Xpax™ and FIRST™ by Celcom customers.

How do I subscribe to Celcom Video Walla™?

Step 3: Select any “Video Walla” package that suits your needs and select “Purchase”

Step 2: Select “Video Walla” and the tap the desired plan

What will happen after the 12 months are up?

How many times can I subscribe in one billing cycle?
Once and will take effect in the next billing cycle. A fee of RM10 will also be charged in the next billing cycle.

Is it possible to start and stop subscription within the same billing cycle?
No. You can only unsubscribe from AnydayGB in your next billing cycle once your AnydayGB has been activated.

Can I stop the subscription?
Yes. If you decide to unsubscribe, kindly send “ANYDAYGB STOP” to 28882.

How do I know when the AnydayGB™ service has merged both Weekday and Weekend internet in the next billing cycle?
You can check your Internet balance by sending BAL STATUS to 28882. The combined Internet quota will be reflected under Weekday Internet.
