Aircash

1. General

These terms & conditions (“T&C”) shall form the agreement between you and us, Celcom Multimedia (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Co. Number: 486601-P) and Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27910-A), (hereinafter referred to as “Celcom” and “Celcom Mobile” respectively). These T&C shall come into effect upon Celcom’s acceptance of your application for the AirCash Service (“Service”) by making the Service available to you. We may decline your application for the Service or part of the Service at our sole discretion.

By registering and accessing the Service, whether by a click on your mobile phone or any other means, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the following documents:

(a) These T&C;
(b) Term of use of the Service as posted on the Celcom’s website http://www.celcom.com.my (“Website”);
(c) Celcom Customer Information Policy (“Privacy Policy”);
(d) The agreement for Postpaid or Prepaid Service made between you and Celcom Mobile (“Celcom Mobile Service”);
(e) Specific terms and conditions for part and / or the whole Service as attached as Annex A which may be updated by Celcom from time to time (“Specific Terms and Conditions”); and
(f) Any other terms and conditions as we may add from time to time and post on the Website at our sole discretion.

(as hereinafter collectively referred to as “Agreements”).

The Agreements as mentioned above may be viewed at any time at the Website and such Agreements shall be read together and form an integral and supplemental part of this Service.

Unless otherwise defined, words and expressions used or referred to in these T&C shall have the same meaning as defined in the Agreements. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the T&C and of the Agreements, these T&C shall take precedence and prevail for the purpose of the provision of the Service.

2. Definitions

"Account"
means your designated account maintained by Celcom;

"Account's Expiry Date"
means you (in respect of prepaid service only) will only be able to receive calls, dial 112 and emergency numbers for a further 90 days from your Service Cancellation Date;

“AirCash”
means the electronic money (e-money) service offered by Celcom to its subscribers;

"Available Balance"
means the equivalent of physical money which has the same par value in the System, which you can use at any given time subject to the limits herein imposed;

"Bank"
means the authorised Bank appointed by Celcom to act as remittance agent for the Service;

“Bank Negara Malaysia”
the Malaysian central bank;

“Cancellation Date”
means the date on which the Service is cancelled or terminated and in the case of Prepaid Service, shall mean and refer to the Accounts Expiry Date;

"Cash-In"
means the deposit of money in the Account in exchange for the Service via Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels designated by Celcom;

"Cash-Out"
means the withdrawal of money from the Account via Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels designated by Celcom;

"Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels”
means such channels as have been designated by Celcom;

"Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets”
means the outlets, agents and partners authorised by Celcom, where you may perform Cash-In and / or Cash-Out transactions via Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels to be determined by Celcom;

“Celcom Multimedia”
means Celcom Multimedia Sdn Bhd (Co. Number: 486601-P) including its successor-in-title, permitted assigns and legal representatives;

“Celcom Mobile”
means Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27910-A) including its successor-in-title, permitted assigns and legal representatives;

“CSR”
Customer Service Representative;

“CST”
Customer Service Tool;

"Current Balance"
means the Service shall be inclusive of any pending transactions;

"Daily Transaction Limit"
means the aggregated amount of the Service that can be transacted in any one (1) calendar day;

"Device"
means any device that accomplishes its purpose electronically such as an electronic terminal used to send voice, video or text (i.e. mobile phones, wireless PDAs and personal computers equipped with microphones, speakers and cameras).

“Force Majeure Event”
includes acts of God, requirements of any governmental or regulatory authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, lightning, equipment failure, computer or software malfunction, electrical power failure, faults, interruption or disruption of our network or the networks of other service providers or of your equipment or the equipment of any third party, riots, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees) or epidemics of infectious diseases.

“M-PIN”
means your six (6) digit mobile personal identification number used to log into to the Service Account;

“MSISDN”
Mobile Subscribers Integrated Services Digital Network;

"Postpaid Service"
means the postpaid products and services offered by Celcom Mobile;

"Prepaid Service"
means the prepaid products and services offered by Celcom Mobile;

“Purse Limit”
means the limit which Bank Negara Malaysia has set for Celcom to offer the business of e-money. The purse limit is Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Only (RM1,500) unless otherwise informed by Celcom. Celcom reserves the right to amend the purse limit in accordance with the allowable limits set by Bank Negara Malaysia;

“Service”
means AirCash or any other service including but not limited to the System (as hereinafter defined) owned and used by Celcom for the purpose of the said Service, including but not limited to:

(a) Registration of AirCash service;
(b) Cash-In service;
(c) Cash-Out service;
(d) Money Transfer – Local service;
(e) Money Transfer – Overseas service;
(f) Mobile Airtime Reload service; or
(g) Manage Account;

“Service Account”
means the AirCash account in the System created by you or based on your instruction and used to store the Service;

“Service Counter”
means a dedicated AirCash counter at Celcom’s branches where you can make Cash-In and / or Cash-Out transactions.

"Service Fee"
means the commission and / or transaction charges for the utilisation of the Service (over and above the cost of the goods and services provided, if any)

"System"
means the payment system platform commissioned by Celcom to facilitate the payment of goods, products and services under the Service;

"T&C"
means these terms and conditions in respect of the Service including any addendums, the terms of services, policies and procedures and all other documents which are deemed agreed to form part of these terms and conditions;

"Username"
means the personal identification code of the Customer which shall be used through the website www.celcom.com.my;

“USSD”
Unstructured Supplementary Service Data.

3. Commencement Date

The Service shall commence from the date of the approval of your registration for the Service and shall be in force unless or until terminated in accordance with the Agreement.

4. Minimum Age Requirements

By subscribing to the Service, you warrant that you are at least fifteen (15) years old, and in any event, have parental consent to enter into such a contract, where although you are above fifteen (15) years old, you remain under the legal age to enter into a contract.

5. Use of the service

(a) The Service is made available by Celcom to you at its sole and absolute discretion for the following purposes:

(i) Payment for any purchase of goods and services;
(ii) Payment of bills from participating merchant partners using the mobile device bearing the MSISDN and the M-PIN or the use of the Service in accordance with the terms and conditions, which payment may be charged to the Service Account;
(iii) Money transfer of the Service from one Service account to another; and / or
(iv) Transfer of money from the Account to a beneficiary account in other countries via international remittance service or any other new service as may be introduced by Celcom from time to time.

(b) To access the Service, you must register for the Service and open an AirCash Account in the System. Doing so will deem you to have accepted these T&C and the Agreements.

(c) Upon registration, you shall enter a six (6) digit combination as the M-PIN. You shall be responsible for its security by keeping the M-PIN confidential at all times and shall take all steps to prevent the disclosure of the M-PIN including, without limitation, deleting the SMS that includes your M-PIN in the phone’s sent items folder.

(d) Any confirmation sent by the MSISDN together with the M-PIN shall be deemed to have been issued by you notwithstanding that such confirmation may have been issued by a third party, either authorised or otherwise, and you shall be bound by such confirmation.

(e) The M-PIN shall be safeguarded and protected at all times. The access to any part of the Services through entry of M-PIN must be correct and complete and such access will be binding on you.

(f) If the access to the Services is made by any third party with or without your authorisation using the M-PIN, Celcom shall consider that the Service as has been accessed properly and the transaction conducted to be valid.

(g) If a wrong M-PIN is entered more than three (3) times, it will trigger the System to suspend the Service account temporarily. Should you wish to reactivate the Service, you shall contact Celcom and Celcom may charge you for such reactivation.

6. Warranties and Responsibilities

You hereby undertake and warrant the following:

(a) The information provided for the purpose of registration for the Service is true and correct.

(b) You shall provide any additional information which Celcom may request from time to time, failing which it may result in the suspension or termination of the Service by Celcom at its sole discretion.

(c) The information provided by you may be held on a database and Celcom may use, store, analyse and transfer and / or exchange such information with all such persons as may be considered necessary by Celcom without reference to you.

(d) You are a registered subscriber or user of Celcom Mobile service irrespective whether you are registered under principal or corporate account.

(e) You will not breach any provision of the T&C.

(f) You will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, notices, instructions or directives of the relevant authorities or any notices, instructions, directives or guidelines given by Celcom in connection with the Services.

(g) You have not fraudulently registered a Service Account. If Celcom discovers that you are impersonating another customer, whether an individual or another legal entity, you shall be responsible for any liability that may arise as a result of such fraudulent activity. Abusing the Services may result in immediate termination / suspension of the Services, and report to the relevant authorities.

(h) You shall not use the Services for any illegal activity under all applicable and relevant laws.

(i) You may fund or add indeposit any amount over multiple times in the Account using any Cash-In / Cash-Out Channel authorised by Celcom subject to a total limit of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Five Hundred (RM1,500) only per account at any given time. Subject to Bank Negara Malaysia’s approval and regulations, Celcom may revise the limit of the Service account without notification.

(j) All records of transactions relating to the M-PIN authenticated through the registered MSISDN will be binding and act as conclusive evidence of your registration for and transacting with the Service.

(k) You shall be responsible for all your transactions and for keeping track of your Account. Celcom shall at its sole discretion provide you with any physical statement of account and records of your transactions in respect of the Service Account.

(l) The use of the Service is subject to such other applicable specific terms, conditions, rules and regulations as specified by Bank Negara Malaysia and / or any other regulatory or governmental authority.

(m) The Service is not transferable or assignable to any third party without Celcom’s written permission and shall be exclusively used by you. Celcom shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your transferring or assigning the Service to any third party without Celcom’s consent.

(n) The Service Account and / or the Service cannot be pledged or used in any manner by you as any form of security instrument for any purpose whatsoever. Celcom shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your using the Service as a form of security instrument whatsoever.

(o) You shall be responsible for checking and verifying all transactions including, without limitation, the amount and recipient information. Celcom shall not entertain any request to reverse a wrongful entry as a result of your negligence.

(p) You shall immediately notify Celcom upon receipt of incomplete and inaccurate data, or information or any data or information, which is not intended from Celcom or any doubtful information or message. You shall delete such data or information from your device.

(q) You hereby acknowledge that your name and MSISDN and such other personal information may be made available to another third party or Bank for verification and other lawful purposes.

(r) You have, if you are below the legal age for contracting, have obtained the requisite consent of your legal guardians. Note further that in the event of any claims for fraud, negligence, libel, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright, patent, breach of confidence or privilege or breach of any law or regulation whatsoever arising from the material transmitted, received or stored via the Service or part thereof and from all other claims arising out of your use or exploitation of the Service or part thereof, Celcom will join such legal guardian of yours as a joint-defendant.

7. Exchange Rate

The transfer of money via Money Transfer – Overseas service to the beneficiary account shall be subject to the prevailing exchange rate to be determined by Celcom.

8. Disclaimer

(a) The Service is provided on an “as is” basis without any representations of any kind whether express or implied to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Service shall be at your own risk.

(b) Celcom will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Service is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised third parties but does not warrant the security or confidentiality of any information transmitted through the System or such other equivalent system in any jurisdiction via the Service.

(c) Celcom shall not be liable or responsible to you and / or to any other third party(s) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses whatsoever suffered by such person(s) arising out of or in connection with the issue, use, withdrawal and / or termination of the Service resulting from or in consequence of any act or omission by Celcom except in the case of wilful default by Celcom, for which such liability shall be limited, subject to Clause 8(g) below, to the amount of actual loss only.

(d) Celcom shall not for any reason whatsoever be liable for damages or losses suffered by you under any circumstances whatsoever whether or not such circumstances relate to or arise out of these T&C including but not limited to rejection or non-acceptance whatsoever of the Service by any third party, person or body, restriction or cancellation of the Service, or under any other circumstances.

(e) Celcom is not responsible for any transactions made through the Service. Any dispute, error and mistake in transactions must be resolved between you and the transacting party.

(f) Celcom shall not be liable for acting on the confirmation sent by you together with the M-PIN. Such confirmation shall be deemed irrevocable and binding on you upon receipt by Celcom of the confirmation notwithstanding any error, fraud, forgery, negligence, lack of clarity or misunderstanding in respect of the terms of such confirmation.

(g) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the maximum liability of Celcom shall not exceed in aggregate the sum of Malaysian Ringgit One Thousand Five Hundered (RM1,500) or an amount equivalent to the aggregate sum of balance and deposit (if any) of your Accounts at the date on which your claim arises, whichever is the lesser.

9. Validity and Access to Information

Upon receipt of your written request, Celcom may at its absolute discretion provide you with the details of transactions provided always that such details requested shall not be earlier than three (3) months from the date of receipt of such request.

10. Settlement

(a) Any disputes regarding billing, and / or AirCash transaction(s) must be communicated in writing to Celcom’s customer service within three (3) months from the date of such transaction(s) and you shall furnish Celcom with all necessary supporting documents as and when requested. If Celcom does not receive written notice within three (3) months, you are deemed to have agreed that the bills and transactions are accurate and you will have to pay the amount as billed for using the Service. An administrative charge may be imposed for disputes raised by you. If there is a dispute regarding the amount in the bills, you are still required to promptly pay any outstanding amount which is not in dispute. If the dispute is resolved in Celcom’s favour, you will have to pay the disputed amount immediately plus interests on late payment, any legal costs and collection expenses incurred by Celcom.

(b) You hereby agree and consent to the disclosure and release by Celcom of any information in the possession of Celcom relating to you, the particulars of the transaction(s) or any designated account relating to the transaction(s) for the purpose of investigating any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the transaction(s) under the Service which consent shall survive the termination of the Service.

(c) You hereby agree that in the event of a dispute or claim of any nature arising in respect of any transaction, the records of the transaction(s) available from Celcom shall be used as a reference and shall be the sole basis of settling the aforesaid dispute or claim.

11. Fees and Charges

(a) You shall pay the prevailing Service Fee and each of the transaction charges for the Service. The applicable fees and charges shall be based on Celcom’s prevailing or published rates from time to time. Celcom reserves the right to vary and amend the fees and charges at any time either with or without notifying you.

(b) You shall be responsible for all related fees and / or charges imposed by the Banks for using their Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels to perform Cash-In service and Cash-Out service transactions.

(c) You shall be responsible for any other charges for Cash-In / Cash-Out services transactions via Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets, and for any other charges that Celcom may impose from time to time.

12. Limit of Purchase and Transactions

(a) Celcom may prescribe transaction limit(s) from time to time at its sole discretion.

(b) Celcom prescribed transaction limit(s) are applicable to the Service or any specific service and you shall not exceed the prescribed set limit(s) unless prior written approval to exceed these limits has been obtained by you from Celcom.

13. Fraudulent Use or Lost / Stolen Equipment

(a) You acknowledge that the AirCash Service is and remains at all times the property of Celcom and you shall:
(i) exercise all due care and diligence in the custody, care and use of the AirCash Service;
(ii) not tamper or allow anyone to tamper with the Device or the AirCash Service.

(c) You must immediately notify Celcom’s customer service and report to the police any loss, fraud, suspected fraud, dishonest use or theft of your Device or illegal use of your Account. You will be liable for all charges incurred in relation to the lost / stolen Device or fraudulent use of the Services until we receive notification from you as stated above for disconnection of the Services.

(d) Replacement of lost or stolen SIM card is subject to additional payments as determined by Celcom.

(e) Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Celcom may reject the use of the Service for effecting payment, if:
(i) the Service is suspected to have been fraudulently issued, stolen or tampered with; or
(ii) Celcom determines that the use of the Service poses a risk to the System;

and Celcom shall not be liable for any loss, cost or damage suffered, if any, by you as a result thereof.

14. Termination and Suspension

(a) Celcom may at its absolute discretion immediately terminate, suspend, impose conditions or restrictions on you in respect of the use of the Service or change the procedures, the mode of operation of the Service without giving any reason or notice thereof.

(b) Notwithstanding Clause 14(a), Celcom reserves the right, at its absolute discretion and at any time, to immediately suspend / terminate your use of the Service for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
(i) In the opinion of Celcom, you have indulged in any dishonest, fraudulent, illegal and / or criminal conduct or misrepresentation;
(ii) You are in breach of any of the provisions of the T&C or have engaged in any conduct prejudicial to Celcom;
(iii) You are in breach of any acts, statutes, laws, by-laws, rules and / or regulations imposed by any party, regulatory body or government agency;
(iv) You have submitted false documents or have declared false information during your application for the Service;
(v) You have acted with bad or malicious intent; and / or
(vii) Celcom is of the opinion that your acts are prejudicial to Celcom’s interest.

(c) The Service will be terminated automatically if the Service Account has been terminated or expired (as the case may be) and / or your Agreement with Celcom Mobile is terminated or expired.

(d) Celcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account either with or without further notice if you do not close the Account after the termination or expiration of the Service.

(e) You may, at any time, terminate the Service by giving Celcom prior written notice for the Account termination duly submitted through Celcom’s branches. The Service shall be deemed terminated immediately upon acceptance of such termination notice by Celcom.

15. Consequences of Termination / Suspension

(a) Upon termination or expiration of the Service, the remaining amount in the Available Balance shall be refunded upon a written request made by you after deducting administration fees and charges specified by Celcom within one (1) month from the date of Celcom’s acceptance of your termination or from the expiration date of the Service.

(b) You further agree that if Celcom terminates or suspends the Service or any part thereof pursuant to Clause 14, Celcom shall not be obliged to refund or return any balance of monies in the Account until and unless clearance has been obtained from the relevant authorities, if applicable.

(c) Upon suspension, Celcom may at its absolute discretion reconnect the Service subject to a reconnection fee and the payment of all outstanding amounts due to Celcom and / or any other amounts as may be required by Celcom for the reconnection of the Service Account.

(d) The provisions of this Clause 15 are without prejudice to any of Celcom’s other rights and remedies under the T&C or at law.

16. Amendment and Modification of T&C

(a) Unless expressly stated otherwise, Celcom reserves the right to review, amend, add or vary any of the terms and conditions of this T&C from time to time as we deem fit without assigning any reasons whatsoever and you shall be bound by such amendments, addition or variation of the terms and conditions.

(b) Celcom may, in its sole discretion, serve you with a notice under this T&C by posting such a notice on the Website or any other online or other medium, which Celcom may introduce from time to time.

17. Indemnity

(a) You hereby agree that you will comply with this T&C, all instruction manuals and other documents in relation to the Service, whether current or subsequently issued by Celcom. Celcom shall not be liable for any costs, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect), or for loss of revenue, loss of profits or any consequential loss whatsoever as a result of your using the Services or for whatever reason. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom’s entire liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to you (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) shall be limited up to Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand Five Hundred (RM1,500.00) only.

(b) You hereby agree to indemnify and shall keep indemnified Celcom from any loss, damage, liability or expenses arising from any claims for fraud, negligence, libel, invasion of privacy, infringement of copyright, patent, breach of confidence or privilege or breach of any law or regulation whatsoever arising from the material transmitted, received or stored via the Service or part thereof and from all other claims arising out of any of your act or omission or any unauthorised use or exploitation of the Service or part thereof.

19. Force Majeure

(a) If any party believes it is hindered from performing any of its obligations hereunder due to a Force Majeure Event, it shall immediately inform the other party about such circumstances in writing, failure of which shall prevent the party claiming Force Majeure Event from invoking these circumstances as a defence. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than three (3) months, either party shall have the right to terminate the Service with immediate effect by notice to the other party notwithstanding Clause 14of the T&C.

(b) The Services may occasionally be affected by interference caused by objects beyond our control such as buildings, underpasses and weather conditions. When this happens, we will not be responsible for any inability to use or access the Services, interruption or disruption of the Services.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

(a) The T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts for all purposes in relation to this T&C. Nothing in this Clause 20 shall limit Celcom’s right to bring or commence any proceedings against you in any other court or competent jurisdiction.

(b) This T&C may be translated into other languages, but in the event of any inconsistency or uncertainty arising thereform, this English version shall prevail over any other version.

21. Severability and Effect of T&C

If any of the provision herein contained should be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under any applicable law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way and such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision shall be deemed deleted.

Annex A. Specific Terms and Conditions for the Service:

1. Registration of Celcom AirCash service
(a) You must register to use the Service via Unstructured Services Supplementary Service Data (“USSD”) or any other Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels to be determined by Celcom if you are using the Service for the first time.
(b) You must be a registered subscriber of Celcom Mobile and shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Celcom Mobile service.
(c) Upon registration, you shall be required to select your default language, register your name and NRIC / Passport number and select a six (6) digit M-PIN.

2. Cash-In service at Celcom Branches
(a) You will be able to deposit cash (Cash-In) at Celcom branches by going to Celcom AirCash’s dedicated Service Counter.
(b) In order to Cash-In money at Celcom branches, you will need to inform the branch Customer Service Representative (“CSR”) of the desired Cash-In amount.
(c) Celcom’s branch CSR will confirm the transaction made by you and your Account shall be credited with the Cash-In amount.
(d) You will receive a receipt containing details of the Cash-In transaction and your new AirCash balance.
(e) Fees will be charged to facilitate this Cash-In service.

3. Cash-Out service at Celcom Branches
(a) You will be able to make cash withdrawals (Cash-Out) at Celcom branches by going to Celcom AirCash’s dedicated Service Counter.
(b) You are required to bring along your NRIC / Passport / Identification Documents (“ID”) and your registered mobile phone for AirCash to complete this transaction.
(c) Fees will be charged to facilitate this Cash-Out service. The CSR will access CST and enter details as per AirCash registration (name and ID). A USSD push to prompt for M-PIN will be sent to you and will require your M-PIN to be correctly entered before the CSR can complete the transaction and disburse the cash to you.
(d) You will be given a receipt reflecting the Cash-Out amount and new balance in your AirCash Account.

4. Cash-In service at Celcom Cash-In/Cash-Out Outlets
(a) You will be able to deposit cash (Cash-In) at Celcom Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets.
(c) In order to Cash-In money at Celcom Cash-In and Cash-Out Outlets, you will need to inform the Cash-In and Cash-Out Outlets of the desired Cash-In amount.
(d) Celcom’s Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets will confirm the transaction made by you and your Account shall be credited with the Cash-In amount.
(e) You will receive a receipt containing details of the Cash-In transaction and your new AirCash balance.
(f) Fees will be charged to facilitate this Cash-In service.

5. Cash-Out service at Celcom Cash-In/Cash-Out Outlets
(a) You will be able to make cash withdrawals (Cash-Out) at Celcom Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets.
(b) You are required to bring along your NRIC / Passport / Identification Documents (“ID”) and your registered mobile phone for AirCash to complete this transaction.
(c) Fees will be charged to facilitate this Cash-Out service. The Cash-In /Cash-Out Outlets agents will access CST and enter details as per AirCash registration (name and ID). A USSD push to prompt for M-PIN will be sent to you and will require your M-PIN to be correctly entered before the CSR can complete the transaction and disburse the cash to you.
(d) You will be given a receipt reflecting the Cash-Out amount and new balance in your AirCash Account.

6. Money Transfer – Local
(a) You will be able to transfer money from your Account to another person with an Account.
(b) By selecting the Money Transfer – Local option, you may select the phone number of the recipient and enter the desired amount to be transferred.
(c) You will receive an SMS confirmation of the transaction and your new balance.
(d) The beneficiary of the money will receive the funds within two (2) days from the date on which you initiate the remittance transaction.

7. Money Transfer – Overseas
(a) You can remit money to other countries through the Money Transfer – Overseas service. The Money Transfer – Overseas service is currently available for Indonesia only. Celcom may, at its full discretion, include more countries into this Money Transfer – Overseas service. Celcom will advice from time to time when other countries and Cash-In / Cash-Out Channels for Cash-Out are made available.
(b) You are required to pre-register the recipient’s details (name, ID, phone number) through USSD registration. This service is a real-time service, which means the beneficiary will be able to Cash-Out the amount immediately upon confirmation of transaction.
(c) The remittance amount in Indonesia Rupiah (“IDR”) can be collected from nominated Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets by the recipient. We will advice you from time to time of participating Cash-In / Cash-Out Outlets. To Cash-Out the money, the recipient must display the SMS received confirming receipt of the remittance amount and provide the transaction code and necessary ID (“KTP”).
(d) The recipient of the money will receive the funds within ten (10) days from the date of you initiate the remittance transaction.

8. Get Balance (Balance Enquiry)
(a) You may check the balance in your Account through the Get Balance service option.

9. Get Last 3 Transactions (Transaction History)
(a) You may check your last three (3) AirCash transactions through the Last 3 Transaction service.

10. Manage Account
(a) You may update your Name and NRIC / Passport Number or change your M-PIN and default language through the Manage Account service.
