| This Campaign is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27910-A) ("Celcom"). By participating in the Campaign, Customer hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom's mobile service offered and relevant to the Customer in respect of this Promotion. | |
| In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of Celcom's prepaid mobile service, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order. (i) these terms and conditions (ii) terms and conditions of Celcom's mobile service. |

| Promotion Period | |
| The Promotion shall be applicable from 5th December 2011 until 31st March 2012 ("Promotion Period"). Any extension thereof shall be at the sole discretion of Celcom. | |
| Eligibility | |
| This Promotion shall be applicable to all Celcom Postpaid with an active account and Celcom Prepaid Customers with sufficient credit ("Customers"). For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion shall not be applicable to Celcom Corporate Customers and employees of Axiata Group. |
| Promotion Mechanics | |
| 1. | The Customers shall check the average number of voice calls made in October ("Average Calls") via SMS/USSD by dialing *128#. |
| 2. | To participate in the Promotion, the Customers shall make three (3) additional voice calls from the Average Calls during the Promotion Period ("Voice Calls"). For example, in the event that the Average Calls is five (5), to participate in the promotion, the Customers shall make a minimum of eight (8) Voice Calls. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding Clause 2 above, any free minutes, subscription to unlimited free calls or calls made on bonus airtime, free calls between family member and/or Closed User Group (CUG) calls shall not be counted as part of the Voice Calls. |
| 4. | Customers who fulfil the requirements of clauses 2 and 3 above shall be placed in an eligibility pool ("Pool") on a daily basis. |
| 5. | Celcom's system shall select thirty (30) Customers from the Pool ("Selected Customers") on a daily basis. |
| 6. | The Selected Customers shall be asked two (2) questions ("Questions") via phone by Celcom's Customer Service Personnel. The first Selected Customers who successfully answers the Questions correctly ("Winner") shall win a Vespa LX150 daily ("Prize"). |
| 7. | Celcom shall notify the Winner via phone of their entitlement to receive the Prize ("Notification"). The Winners shall be given a choice to collect their Prize from their preferred Naza outlet. | |||||||||||||
| 8. | Celcom shall send a reminder SMS to the Winners who did not receive the Notification as provided in Clause 7 above ("SMS"). The Winners shall respond to the SMS from the date of the SMS sent by Celcom, failing which Celcom shall forfeit the Prize. | |||||||||||||
| Festive Surprise Bonus | ||||||||||||||
| 9. | Notwithstanding the aforementioned, Celcom shall select additional Winners ("Festive Period Bonus") during the Festive Periods as follows:

| 10. | Each Customer shall be only entitled to receive one Prize per mobile number. | |||||||||||||
| 11. | All Prize is given on an "As Is" basis are not exchangeable for cash, credit for other items or voucher, in part or in full. Celcom reserves the right to substitute and replace the Prize offered with another Prize of equal value or higher value as Celcom deems fit. |

| General Terms & Conditions | ||
| 1. | Celcom reserves the right to amend and omit and/or vary any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice to the Customer herein stated and the Customer shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof. | |
| 2. | Celcom's decisions in any matter in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained. | |
| 3. | Celcom shall not be liable for any claims by the Customer or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion. | |
| 4. | Celcom shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion. | |
| 5. | Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agree to be bound by those changes. | |
| 6. | The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Celcom reserves the rights to disqualify any participant if the Customer is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Promotion. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom reserves the right to reject any participation or the Customer at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. | |
| 7. | Celcom does not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the Customer from participating in the Promotion, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, act of God etc. | |
| 8. | Celcom reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, and the Customer agrees that Celcom may use the names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Customer without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Customer or for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. | |
| 9. | All photographs, personal information and names submitted in the Promotion, service marks, trade names, trademarks are the property of Celcom. | |
