• Introduction
      This campaign is continuation from Talk A Thon Campaign.
      This campaign requires customers to make extra 3 calls in a day compare to Daily Average Calls in October 2011 to be eligible to win a Vespa.
      One Vespa to be offered a day until end of campaign period (5th December 2011 till 31st March 2012).

    Customer Eligibility
        Prepaid (Xpax, X2, UOX, SOX, Celcom Blue, Celcom Sukses) and Postpaid (except line registered under corporate-corporate, Broadband and CMP).

        New-New customers
    Activate the pack/register the line and make 3 additional Calls in a day to be eligible for to win a Vespa for the day.

    Step 1: Dial *128# or *118# or *119# to check Daily Average Calls in October 2011
    Step 2: Make 3 Additional Calls compare to Daily Average Calls in October 2011 before 12midnight

    Q: How can customer check their last month's average calls?
      Customer can check via USSD *128# or *118# or *119#.
     
    Q: How many entries will each customer be entitled for the contest in a day?
      Each time a customer fulfils the eligibility criteria's they will only be in the eligibility pool for one day. The next day, this pool will be refreshed. Each mobile number will only stand ONE chance to win one prize.
     
    Q: If a customer fulfils the set criteria's on any given day, does that mean the customer will be placed in the eligibility pool for the remainder of the campaign period?
      No, customers will only be placed in the eligibility pool only for the day that they meet the set criteria's
     
    Q: I have 3 mobile numbers. Will I stand a chance to win for all three numbers?
      Yes, You will but however each mobile number will only stand ONE chance to win one prize
     
    Q: Can New Subscribers Participate?
      Yes, They can and they will be required to make 3 calls in the particular day (prepaid/postpaid).
     
    Q: How Daily and Festive winner will be selected?
      1. Everyday customers who meet the eligibility criteria, they will be put into the eligibility pool.
    2. From the pool, system will randomly select 1 customer
    3. Customers will be asked two simple questions, if customer answers the questions correctly they will be
    informed on the spot of winnings
  • Q: At what time in a day will customers be called to answer the question?
      Customer will be called within 12pm to 4pm daily
     
    Q: Can the winner authorize someone else to take the Prize on their behalf?
      Yes they may, provided the authorized person bring along a letter of authorization which states the Name and Personal Identification number.
     
    Q: What are the parameters to determine daily call average?
      1. Post paid :by billing cycle
    2. Prepaid: by calendar month
     
    Q: Is the contest approved by JAKIM?
      Yes, this has been approved by JAKIM
