How do I configure my phone in order to enable the 3G video call?
You and the receiving party would need to be in a 3G coverage area using a 3G SIM and 3G mobile phone.
From your phone, select 3G network ONLY.
Why can't I send MMS although I have already saved the configuration?
Check your MMS file size – For non-smartphones users, it is advisable to send MMS with file sizes of 100KB or less.
* Some smartphones require data connection to be ON to send or receive MMS.
I have requested for phone settings on my China-made mobile phone but I have not received any Over The Air (OTA) settings. What should I do?
Most China-made or China-based Mobile Phones (CBMP) are not supported by the Celcom OTA service. Alternatively, you can visit the nearest phone dealer to get your phone configured.
I can make calls but unable to send SMS. What should I do?
Checklist:
Check your prepaid balance and validity (if you're prepaid user)
Ensure that the SMS Centre Number is +60193900000
Check your SMS inbox. It may be full & you may need to delete some of the messages
Insert your SIM Card in another phone and try to send an SMS

You can use your existing Google account or create a new one.
With existing Google account Sign in using your username and password at the start up screen menu

Your password can't be retrieved due to security purposes. You can attempt to enter your password 10 times. If you fail to enter the right password after 10 attempts, your device will be wiped and returned to its default factory settings

From a computer, visit www.blackberry.com/blackberryid. Click Register for a BlackBerry® ID and complete the instructions on the screen.
How do I recover my lost or forgotten BlackBerry® ID password?

Can I delete my Apple ID?
Apple IDs cannot be deleted. It is recommended that you remove all personal information from your Apple ID profile instead.
How do I turn off data while roaming?

How can I set up my iPhone as a hotspot?
From your iPhone, go to Settings > Personal Hotspot: ON and change your WiFi password to your preferred password
From your laptop/iPad/other devices, turn on your WiFi and connect to the iPhone name as your WiFi network. Key in the same password as you set from your iPhone and connect.
I am experiencing low coverage and low WiFi but my friend who is using the same iPhone model is not experiencing it. Why?
Sometimes, your iPhone accessories can cause this problem. If you use an iPhone housing or bumper, try removing it.
How do I set up my email on my iPhone?
From your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account: Choose your email provider and fill up the details as required.
Why can't I send MMS?
Ensure that your settings are correct: Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging: ON or you can check MMSC:
My iPhone is frozen or unresponsive. What should I do?
Try charging your iPhone using Apple USB power adapter and ensure that the battery is full. Ensure to charge using an AC adapter or connect to a high power USB on your computer.
If your iPhone is still frozen and unresponsive, try to restart your iPhone.
Restart
Turn off your iPhone by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across and your iPhone will be turned off after a few moments.
Next, turn your iPhone on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
If the restart can't fix the issue, reset your iPhone.
Reset
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
