To start using our roaming services, just make your way to our nearest Celcom Branch and speak to our friendly customer service personnel.
Bring along these documents to the nearest Celcom branch:
1. If you’ve been with Celcom for LESS THAN six (6) months
RM300 for deposit
NRIC
Passport
For corporate customers:
Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the company.
Copy of the business owner NRIC.
Copy of the business owner passport.
2. If you’ve been with Celcom for MORE THAN six (6) months
Please call Celcom Customer Service to activate or walk-in to a Celcom branch near you.
