Here's some information to assist you with the basics, to ensure that you're making the most of our roaming services.

Now when you roam in any country, you no longer have to worry about varying call rates when you switch mobile service providers. With Celcom International Roaming, you'll enjoy one rate in one country across all mobile service providers.

To call a local fixed line whilst roaming overseas:

Each SMS sent to another mobile number is RM2*
SMS received is free.

Note:
When you download applications such as picture messages, ringtones or any data content, rates for the SMS received will include the downloaded content plus a surcharge by the roaming mobile service provided. SMS sent to India is RM2.10.

Missed a call while overseas? We'll notify you via SMS! Travel with peace of mind. Enjoy FREE International Missed Call Notification until further notice.

An SMS will be sent to notify you on Missed Calls while roaming in the following event:
- Busy Line
- Abandon Calls
- Not Reachable
- No Reply

You will receive an SMS notification comprising of the following information:
- Date/Time of missed call
- Event Type: Busy/Abandon Calls/Not Reachable/No Reply
- Caller's mobile number
