No SST for Prepaid Reload!
As announced by Ministry of Finance on 5 September 2018, Malaysians will enjoy SST exemption for Prepaid Reload purchases. Our Xpax Prepaid Reload and website will reflect this change on 6 September 2018. Celcom has provided rebate in the form of on-net calls to Celcom customers who have purchased prepaid reloads since 1st - 5th September 2018. 6% SST still applies for non-Malaysians and also for other Celcom services.
