1. What is OCS Program – Save Planet, Save Tree With OCS?
Save Planet, Save Tree with OCS is a program designed to increase new Celcom Online Customer Service (OCS) sign-ups and encourage existing OCS customers to use the self-service portal. The program offers customers a chance to win prizes by making the required transaction(s) via OCS.
Online Customer Service introduced to its OCS users a new feature, e-Billing options.
E-Billing is a service offered to the customers to view and print their bill online via Online Customer Service (OCS). OCS offers customers an option to choose their preferred bill delivery either via printed/hard copy or via online.
Once customers opted for e-billing :
· Customers will be able to view/print their bills online (last 3 month bills) via Online Customer Service.
· Customers will able to send their bills in PDF format to their emails via OCS.
· Customers with itemized bill service will enjoy a free bill.
This program also contributing to saving our earth by opting to get bills via e-billing instead of the physical bills.

3. Who is eligible to take part?
This promotion is applicable to new and existing Celcom Online Customer Service (OCS) users/customers.

Monthly Prize – BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 and/or RM500 Cash Prizes (For bill payment made via MEPS FPX Only
To be eligible for the monthly prize, you must:
· Customer MUST enrol to Online Customer Service
· Customer makes a minimum payment of RM50 via OCS for
postpaid/broadband services; or
· Customer reloads a minimum of RM30 within a month for prepaid
And
· Customer subscribes to e-billing for postpaid/broadband services; or
· Customer performs any transactions in OCS;
And
Subscribe to a any of Celcom Data Unlimited Plan or higher from your current data plan (e.g if currently you are on RM38 data plan we would like to recommend you to upgrade to RM68 data plan) and a Blackberry Licence of RM30 with a one (1) year contract upon winning the prizes. |

Quarterly Prize – Samsung Galaxy Tab and/or RM1,000 Cash Prizes (For bill payment made via MEPS FPX Only)
To be eligible for the Quarterly Prize, you must:
· Customer MUST an active account(s) and no call bar action
· Customer MUST make full settlement for postpaid/broadband on the current
month and every subsequent month via OCS; or
· Customer MUST reload more than 6 times within promotion period/min RM30
for prepaid
And
· Customer subscribes to e-billing for postpaid / broadband; or
· Customer performs any transactions in OCS
And
Subscribe to a any of Celcom Data Unlimited Plan or higher from your current data plan (e.g if currently you are on RM38 data plan we would like to recommend you to upgrade to RM68 data plan) and a Blackberry Licence of RM30 with a one (1) year contract upon winning the prizes.

Winner will be selected randomly by system on a monthly basis.

Winner will be selected randomly by system on a quarterly basis.

· A chance to win 11D/10N For Europe Trips and/or RM5,000 Cash Prizes
Winner will be selected randomly by system on a yearly basis.
NOTE:
Customers are eligible to win monthly prizes once, however they can still stand a chance to win quarterly and grand prizes.
6. How are the winners selected?
Celcom will randomly shortlist the eligible customers on a monthly basis from the database of customers who have successfully met all criteria as outlined in the
Promotion Mechanics.
7.When will the winners be notified?
Winners will be contacted via phone the week after the winning entries have been selected by the system.
8. Can I view the list of weekly winners?
Yes, just log onto to www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice to see the list of winners.
9. How do I redeem the prize?
You can collect your prize at Celcom Branch nearest to you.
