What is Celcom Online Customer Service?
Celcom Online Customer Service enables you to check your account status, perform online payment, make billing enquiries and take control of your prepaid spending anytime, anywhere.
How do I Sign-Up to Celcom Online Customer Service?
Signing up to Online Customer Service is FREE and very simple. View these 5 Easy steps to Sign Up.
1. Log on to
www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice
2. Click on the
"Sign Up Now"
button and fill up your personal details.
3. Temporary password will be sent to you via SMS or Email
4. Log in with your temporary password
5. You are advised to change your temporary password and you can perform your transaction via Celcom Online Customer Service

When visiting us, kindly bring along the necessary documents:
• Malaysian - NRIC
• Non-Malaysian - Passport
• Corporate - Letter of Authorisation (LOA) from the company

What is MNP?
Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the ability for users to switch to a new mobile service provider, while retaining their existing mobile number.
What are the benefits of switching to Celcom?
How do I switch in to Celcom?
Here are some things to take note of when making the switch.
• You will have to go to the new mobile service provider's service centre or authorized dealer to request for number porting.
• Fill in a Service Registration Form and pay the porting fees for processing. You will be issued with a new SIM card.
• Upon approval, the new mobile service provider will inform you that you have successfully ported when the new SIM card is activated.
To proceed just select one of these options:
