How do I check my bills?

Keep track of your bills easily and instantly via 3 ways.

Online

1. Log on to
http://www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice
(If you're not a member yet, just click here)

2. Key in your Login ID & Password



3. You can view your balance instantly



SMS

• Send BOD to 22200
• You will receive SMS as below

Charges: 15 sen


Direct Dial

• Dial *119#
• Select My Account
• Select My Bill
• You will receive SMS as below

Charges: FOC

How do I check my payment status?

Keep track of your bills easily and instantly via 3 ways.

2. Key in your Login ID & Password



3. Select Payment and choose Payment History from the drop down list



4. You can view your payment details instantly

Where can I pay my Celcom bill?

You can pay your bill via various channels. Please refer to the payment channel list here.

What is "Auto Billing"?

Auto Billing is a service which will give you the convenience of automatically charge your monthly Celcom Bill to your credit card or charge card so you won't have to worry about late payments or waiting in a long queue just to pay your bill.

Will I be charged a fee when I sign up for Auto Billing?

No. The Auto Billing service is FREE.

What are the things I should know before I sign up to Auto Billing?

1. You can only use locally issued credit cards or charge cards to register for Auto Billing.
2. You can register Auto Billing to pay any Celcom number.
3. You need to settle all outstanding bills before subscribing to Auto Billing.

How do I sign up for Auto Billing?

You can sign up for Auto Billing with the easy steps below:

1. Log on to
http://www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice

2. Key in your Login ID & Password



3. Click on the Payment Tab at the top of the page & select auto billing application



4. Click on Auto Billing Application in the drop down menu and follow the instructions



Note: If There Is An Outstanding Balance, Your Outstanding Balance Will Be Charged To The Credit/Charge Card Together With Your Current Bill Amount

What is e-billing?

E-Billing is a service offered for you to view and print your bill online. Sign up now to enjoy a minimum of RM2 waiver a month.

How do I sign up for e-billing?

You can sign up for e-billing with the easy steps below.

1. Log on to
http://www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice/
(If you're not a member yet, just click here)

2. Key in your Login ID & Password



3. Select My Account and choose Change Bill Type from the drop down menu



4. Click Change



5. Select E-Bill (OCS Bill) option and click continue



6. Click YES to confirm your changes



How do I update my billing address?

You can update your billing address with the easy steps below

1. Log on to
http://www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice
(If you're not a member yet, just click here)

2. Key in your Login ID & Password



3. Select My Account and choose Change Billing Address from the drop down menu



4. Click Change and update your new billing address.



5. Alternatively you can change your address via Contact Us Form. Please fill in your details and click submit.
