KDU MOU Signing Ceremony & Orientation Day |
5th April 2011 was a remarkable day for LEDC. The Kolej Damansara Utama(KDU) University signing ceremony for "Memorandum of Understanding"(MOU) of League of Extraordinary Developers Challenge(LEDC) Campus Program, was held in conjunction with KDU Orientation Day in KDU Penang. This collaboration marks an inaugural moment for Celcom LEDC to embark on higher level institution to educate the young and nurture teh talents of tomorrow's leader as an aspiring "technopreneur".

LEDC for UKEC Fair |
This time, we introduced Celcom Developer program(LEDC) to the brilliant students who are mostly pursuing their final year degree at various universities in the UK. A contest with a tweak from the original was conducted at the UKEC Fair, University College London on the 27th march 2011. Every participant is given 60 seconds to d o an elevator pitch about their mobile app idea in front of a video camera. response was immensely overwhelming-these students were very pro-active and passionate about what they believed in. You should check out their videos! In return, we have identified 3 winners and a lucky draw winner who all won a Blackberry Torch sponsored by RIM.

Tech Insights Penang 2010 |
| LEDC team met some really great software developers and aspiring technopreneurs during TechInsights Conference in Penang, back in September. We really look forward to going up north more often now, not just to foster better engagements with our fellow northern developers, but also for the delicious local delicacies too!  |

BlackBerry Developer Day |
| A joint collaboration with Research In Motion, Celcom BlackBerry Developer Day was held on the 18 and 19 May 2010 where our LEDC developers were trained on blackberry application development by RIM experts.

Android Workshop |
| 4th and 5th August 2010, were two fruitful days spent with these bunch of passionate LEDC developers, LEDC team literally had to chuck them out of the training room for lunch and tea breaks.

Symbian Day Workshop |
| It was a fantastic event jointly collaborated with Nokia, where the LEDC developers have spent the 2 full days coding on “BMI Health Calculator” under the guidance of Nokia experts. The winner from the mini challenge happily walked away with a Nokia N8 handset!
