How do I check my credit limit?

You can check your credit limit via SMS & Direct Dial

SMS

• Send BOD to 22200
• You will receive SMS as below

How do I change my credit limit?

You can change your credit limit via Online Customer Service with the easy steps below

Online

1. Log on to
http://www.celcom.com.my/onlinecustomerservice
(If you're not a member yet, just click here)

2. Select My Account and choose Change Credit Limit from the drop down menu.



3. Enter your new credit limit and follow the instructions.



What are the things I should know before I change my credit limit?

1. Before you make any changes to your current credit limit, please make sure your overdue balance is fully paid in order to avoid call bar due to high usage.

2. An additional deposit may be required if the additional credit limit requested by you is more than the allowable credit limit amount given by Celcom Axiata Berhad.

3. Your request will be processed within three business days after it is received and our Customer Service will contact you immediately for clarification.

4. You will still be liable for all charges incurred including any charges exceeding the usage limit. The Customer may need to pay any charges incurred in excess of the limit before Service is reinstated.

5. Any changes thereto will be subject to approval by Celcom Axiata Berhad and terms and conditions of the Customer Agreement Form (CAF).

I can’t make any call. What should I do?

If there is no problem with your phone, your line is most probably being call bar. Call barring may take effect if:

• Your usage exceeds the credit limit or
• You have overdue balances.

During call bar, all outgoing calls & SMS will be restricted. To unbar the line you should follow these simple steps:

1. Check your bill.

2. If you have outstanding bill or exceeded your credit limit, Make payments immediately. Click here.

3. If you have no outstanding bill & you still can’t use your line, please contact our careline at 1111 or visit the nearest Celcom Outlet.

What happens if I lost my phone and SIM Card ?

• You can call our Careline at 1300 111 000 or 1111 (if calling from Celcom mobile no) to bar the line to avoid any unauthorized call charges.
• Next, you can visit our Celcom Outlet to get a SIM Card replacement.

Will I be charged for the SIM Card replacement ?

Yes. You will be charged RM5.00.

Why does my phone display "Check Card/ Unregistered SIM" ?

Your SIM Card may not have been inserted properly. You can try removing and reinserting it. If the message still remains, please visit our Celcom Outlet to have the problem checked by one of our Customer Service.

If I forget my PIN, how do I unblock my SIM Card ?

To unblock your SIM Card, you will need to key in the PUK code illustrated on your SIM Pack

If I don’t have the SIM Pack, where can I get the PUK code ?

You can get your PUK code via Online Customer Service.
1. You are required to have your SIM Card serial number with you to proceed.

3. Key in your Login ID & Password



4. Select PUK Enquiry from the drop down menu



5. You must enter the required information below to retrieve your PUK code.
     1. Your SIM card serial number.
     2. Your OCS password.
     3. Your NRIC or Passport number.



Where can I purchase Celcom Airtime reload?

Celcom Airtime reloads are available at Celcom Outlet and participating dealers. Alternatively, you can also purchase Celcom Airtime via other reload channels here.

What is the reload amount available?

Reload values come in RM10, RM20, RM30, RM50 and RM100, which are available at any of our locations with the Got X signs. It's flexible and allows you to reload any amount at more than 10,000 outlets nationwide.
