Register today. It’s easy! These are the steps and documents required for postpaid registration.

• Please request in person at a Celcom Outlets and bring along the following documents:




• Payment applicable based on package requested.

• For Company registration - you will be attended by the Account Manager assigned.
Register today. Here are the steps and documents you will need for ‘Orang Kurang Upaya’ (OKU) registration.



• For those below 18 years old OR those unable to come in person to Celcom Outlets, the registration will be made under the Guardian’s or parent’s name.
Request for Mobile Number Portability
To keep your current mobile number, please take the following steps and prepare the required documents as listed below.

• You need to bring along the following documents:

    - NRIC/Security ID/Passport
    - Latest bill statement from existing operator to remain Credit Limit

• You may need to check your ID number (NRIC) is the same with existing operator via SMS. Refer to the following SMS code:



• You may request via 3rd party (Authorized Person) & bring along the following documents:
    - Letter Of Authorization
    - Copy of owner’s ID & authorized person ‘s ID
Register today. Please check below for the steps and documents required for Change of Owner / Transfer of Subscribership (TOS).

• Both existing and new owners are required to come to a Celcom Outlet.

• Please bring along the following documents based on type of TOS:



• Existing owners are required to settle all outstanding bill statement prior to TOS.

• A Change of Ownership Fee will be charged.

• The request may be made at any Celcom Outlet:




• A deposit shall be charged for any account below 6 months.

• You may refer to www.celcom.com.my for rates & how to use the service while roaming.
