How are the Minutes call rates applied to my calls?
The stated rates are applicable for domestic calls only. All charges relating to roaming, IDD, video call, calls to premium numbers e.g. 1-300, 1-600, 1-800, 1-900 & etc will be charged based on the applicable standard rates.
What is the rate block?
All charges are based on a 30 seconds per block.
What is the free SMS applicable to?
It's only for domestic SMS. Roaming & applicable SMS shall not be included.
What will happen to any UNUSED bundled minutes & free SMS for the particular month?
The UNUSED bundled minutes & free SMS will be forfeited.
