What do I need to enjoy continuous service?
- Pay your bills on time
To enjoy continuos service, you are advised to pay all your outstanding bills before the due date. - Revise your credit limit
To enjoy continuos service, please ensure that you maintain your calls within your credit limit. Or, you could request for us to increase your credit limit. It's so easy!
All you have to do is to call our 24 hours Careline at 1300 111 000 or 1111, or you can visit your nearest Celcom branch.
When will I experience service interruptions?
- When the amount due in your monthly bill is not remitled fully before the next invoice date.
- When you have exceeded your allocated credit limit.
What will I experience if my line is barred?
If your line has been barred, you will experience the following:- You will not be able to make outgoing calls or send data (eg: SMS, MMS)
- You will be able to receive calls and data (eg: SMS, MMS)
- Monthly charges will still be billed to your account
What will happen if I don't make a payment after my line is barred?
If your line is barred and there is no attempt to make further payment, your line will be disconnected. If your line is disconencted, you will experience the following :- You will not be able to make outgoing calls or send data (eg : SMS/MMS)
- You will not be able to receive calls or data (eg : SMS/MMS)
- Tehre will be no new monthly charges billed to your account.
How will I be notified of my line being bared or disconnected?
Before call barring or disconnection action is taken, we will attempt to notify you through one of the following ways:- A phone call
- Short Message Service (SMS)
- Voice Message Service (VMS)
- Or you will be approached by one of our Account Manager.
How do I enjoy continuous International Roaming Services?
If you don't have International Roaming you are advised to settle all your outstanding bills before departure. This is to ensure that there will be no duscruption on the service as you may incur higher call charges whilst roaming. Should you feel your existing credit limit is unsufficient to cater for your roaming needs, you may request to increase your credit limit. Note: While roaming, you will be charged for incoming calls as well as outgoing calls.How can I check my Bill On Demand?
You can use the BOD services via your mobile phone to check your bill. It's so convinient! You don't have to wait for your bill to arrive to know the latest bill amount.What you have to do:
Type BOD and send to 2100
You will receive the following information:
- Last Payment Amount
- Last Payment Date
- Current Charges
- Total Charges
- Due Date
