What is in-flight and on-sea mobile services? |

The services enable all Celcom POSTPAID subscribers to use their mobile phones even in a flight or cruise ships. |

Can I use my mobile phone on all flights and ships? |
| A2. |
No. You may use your mobile phone only on selected participating flights and cruise ships. For further details please refer to respective In-flight or On-Sea operators’ website. When you are aboard flight or ship,kindly refer to cabin crew to find out if the service is available on board. |

Can I use my mobile on all Malaysia Airlines flights? |

No. For the time being, you can only use your mobile on selected Malaysia Airlines flight. |

What are the mobile phone services available? |

You'll be able to make and receive calls, send SMS and access GPRS (email, browse internet etc) using your own mobile phone. |

No. Just use your mobile as per normal when you travelling abroad. |

What are the airlines that participate under this In-Flight and On-Sea promo? |

Yes, RM300 upfront payment will be collected upon registration. If you are an existing Celcom postpaid customer with above 12 months length of stay, the RM300 will be waived. The upfront payment will then be rebated at RM50 over 6 months. |
