Terms & Conditions
1. This Promotion terms and conditions shall form as integral part and to be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (Celcom) as stipulated in the Customer Agreement Form ("CAF").
2. Customer is entitled to be covered under the Group Takaful Personal Accident ("PA") issued to Celcom and is underwritten by MAA Takaful Berhad ("MAA Takaful") ("Promotion") which commences from 1st November 2008 and shall continue until such time to be advised by Celcom.
3. The Promotion is made eligible to Selected Individual Postpaid Principle Account Holder only, except Supplementary Plan (i.e 1+5 Plan) and Data Stand Alone Plans.
4. Customer will get SMS notification from Celcom to inform them on the Promotion information and invitation to join this Promotion. To be eligible for the Promotion, Customer must reply by typing "PA ON" and send to 28881.
5. Upon customer acceptance to subscribe to the Promotion, customer hereby agrees and consent Celcom to disclose their name, NRIC and mobile number to MAA Takaful Berhad.
6. Upon successful acceptance and approval by MAA Takaful Berhad, the customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions and exclusions in the Master Certificate which governs the PA coverage. All matters in relation to claims must be directed to MAA Takaful Berhad
7. Customer will be charged RM12 as contribution yearly in their Celcom's bill.
8. The coverage under the PA shall be terminated immediately in the following events:-
 
a. if customer already subscribed to MAA Takaful then his/her change of ownership, the previous MAA Takaful will be forfeited.
b. when customer's line and/or account is suspended, disconnected and/or terminated by Celcom for whatever reasons.
9. Custome's line shall remain active in Celcom's Network within the coverage period.
10. Customer must ensure that their bill is always at current (no outstanding payment due) in order to get the coverage of the Promotion.
11. This Promotion is offered as part of non telecommunication related value added services, which shall not alter the core telecommunication services offered by Celcom.
12. Customers who terminate their mobile service within the coverage period will not get refund of the contribution paid.
13. Customers cannot carry forward the unused contribution to the new account or plan which are not eligible for this Promotion.
14. The coverage under the PA shall terminate immediately when the customer's line and/or account is suspended, disconnected and/or terminated by Celcom for whatever reasons.
15 By subscribing and opting for this Promotion, the customers are taken to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions herein.
16. Upon successful acceptance and approval by MAA Takaful Berhad, the customers shall be bound by the terms and conditions and exclusions in the Master Certificate which governs the PA coverage. All matters in relation to claims must be directed to MAA Takaful Berhad.
17. Celcom shall not be liable for any claims by customers or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to accident, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages suffered by the customers as a result of participation in the Promotion and/or MAA Takaful Berhad failure or breach of obligations under the Master Certificate.
18. Celcom has the right to withdraw, cancel or terminate this Promotion with or without prior notice to the customer due to your breach any of the terms and conditions or without assigning reason whatsoever to the customer.
19. Celcom shall not be liable for any customers and third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages;
20. Celcom shall not be liable also for other damages or be held liable for any system, server or connection failure, interruption and delay in receiving messages or computer viruses, and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages.
21. Celcom shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to customer's negligence or unlawful acts. All decisions by Celcom shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and correspondence shall be entertained.
22. Without limiting to the foregoing, Celcom reserves the right to remove, change and amend any part or whole of these terms and conditions or this Promotion with or without prior notice to the customers.
23. The Terms and Conditions herein shall be read separately from MAA Policy Jacket (MAA Takaful Sdn Bhd)
