This Campaign is held by Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd (27910-A) ("Celcom"). By participating in the Campaign, Customer hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part and to be read together with the terms and conditions of Celcom's prepaid mobile service offered, Customer Agreement Form (CAF) and/or Celcom's Postpaid Voice Plan, Celcom Broadband Service, Celcom's Privacy Policy and Celcom Fair Usage Policy as posted in our website at www.celcom.com.my and other terms and conditions which are relevant to the customer in respect to this Promotion. |

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of Celcom's prepaid mobile service, Customer Agreement Form (CAF) and/or Celcom's postpaid mobile service such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions (ii) terms and conditions of Customer Agreement Form and/or Celcom's Postpaid Voice Plan & Celcom's prepaid mobile service.

Promotion Period |

The Promotion will be valid from 15 August 2011 until 30 November 2011 only ("Promotion Period"). |
Eligibility |

This Promotion is applicable to all Celcom Postpaid, Celcom Prepaid (All Xpax, X2, UOX, SOX & Blue) & Celcom Broadband users. |
| • |
All Postpaid and Prepaid customers need to make additional 3 calls from the number of average daily calls made in the month of July during the promo period (15th August 2011- 30th November 2011) to be eligible in the running as the winners of the campaign.
Example on no of calls customers need to make in the month of August to be in the eligible pool:

For Postpaid Celcom Broadband users to be eligible of winning in this Campaign, they can either purchase additional volume or send 20 SMS or upgrade their current broadband package to a higher value broadband package. |

For Prepaid Broadband users, to be eligible of winning in this Campaign, they can either subscribe to Instanet Daily/Weekly/Monthly. |
| • |
No registration is required via Short Message Service (SMS), short code, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) or any other mode to participate in the campaign. |

For Celcom Postpaid, Celcom Broadband and Celcom Prepaid customers, the following customers / call types are not eligible for this campaign: |

| ii) |
Any free minutes, subscription to unlimited free calls or calls made on bonus airtime, free calls between family members and or Closed User Group (CUG) calls |

For Celcom Prepaid Broadband (now known as Instanet) customers, all the packs activate prior to January 2011, the lines must be registered under individual for participation into the promotion and in order to claim for the campaign rewards. |
Promotion Mechanics
|
| • |
The eligibility pool will be refreshed on a daily basis, therefore customers need to fulfill the above criteria above daily to be placed within the eligibility pool on a daily basis. |
| • |
The selected customers need to answer the 2 simple questions via phone from Celcom's customer service correctly in order to qualify as winners. |
| • |
For Broadband winners, Celcom will contact them via their registered alternate number. |
| • |
For Broadband winners, they must response to Customer Service personnel for their choice of merchant and preferred branch to collect the voucher. |
| • |
For Postpaid and Prepaid winners, they are given a choice to inform the Customer Service personnel which merchant they would like to select and the branch for voucher collection and an SMS will be sent to winners should winners did not confirm during the call-out by Customer Service personnel. |

These winners are given 3 days from the date of SMS duly sent out to remind them of responding to the merchant selection and decide and preferred branch for collection of shopping voucher failing to do so, winners are forfeited from winning the rewards. |
Redemption Details

The winner can only select one merchant from the list that was offered by Celcom. |
| • |
Transportation fee is to be borne by winners for voucher collection at branch. |
| • |
Merchants offered by Celcom are subject to changes without prior notice. |
| • |
Celcom will not be held responsible in the course of delay of voucher delivery due to unforeseen circumstance. |
| • |
No changes shall be made after winners confirm on their selection of merchants and the branch to pick-up the shopping vouchers. |
| • |
Celcom will not entertain to any changes request and reserve the right of the final rewards allocation subject to Celcom's discretion. |
| • |
The shopping voucher is not allowed to be transferable to Cash or in kind. |
| • |
Bluecube shopping vouchers is only valid for product and accessories purchase, the voucher is not applicable to pay outstanding bill. |
| • |
Should the winners do not finish the value for BlueCube vouchers, it will be forfeited and winners are not allowed to make 2nd purchase/redemption. |
| • |
Under special request or circumstances, 3rd party is allowed to receive on behalf of winner, photocopy of winner's IC and authorization letter to Branch is needed. |
| • |
All winners must have cleared their outstanding payments if any before proceed to redeem the winning rewards. |
| • |
If customer fails to collect voucher within 60 days after Celcom announcement of vouchers availability, then the offer will be deemed void. |
| • |
Once the vouchers are in the hands of the customers, Celcom will not be responsible to any loss, damage or failure to use within expiry period. |
| • |
At the point of voucher collection, customer needs to ensure that their lines are active and payment is up to date. |
| • |
All decision made by Celcom are final and no correspondence shall be entertained. |
General Terms and Conditions |
| • |
Celcom reserves the right to amend and omit and/or vary any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice to the Customer herein stated and the Customer shall be bound to observe, perform and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof. |
| • |
Celcom's decisions in any matter in relation to the Promotion shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained. |
| • |
Celcom shall not be liable for any claims by the Customer or third-party claims or loses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Promotion. |

Celcom shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or in connection with this Promotion. |
| • |
Celcom reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions in relation to this Promotion at any time without giving any prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agree to be bound by those changes. |
| • |
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Celcom reserves the rights to disqualify any participant if the Customer is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this Promotion. Notwithstanding the above, Celcom reserves the right to reject any participation or the Customer at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. |

Celcom does not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the Customer from participating in the Promotion, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, act of God etc. |

Celcom reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, and the Customer agrees that Celcom may use the names, photographs, voice or video recordings and entries of the Customer without first obtaining any consent nor making any payment whatsoever to the Customer or for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media. |

All photographs, personal information and names submitted in the Promotion, service marks, trade names, trademarks are the property of Celcom. |
