How do I sign up for Auto Billing? |

You can sign up for Auto Billing via the following methods:
Via Celcom Online Customer Service:
- Log on to www.celcom.com.my/ocs (If you're not a member yet, just click on the "Sign up now" link on the webpage and follow the instructions)
- Click on the Payment Tab at the top of the page
- Click on Auto Billing Application in the drop down menu and follow the instructions
NOTE: IF THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE THE CUSTOMER'S OUTSTANDING BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT/CHARGE CARD TOGETHER WITH THE CURRENT BILL AMOUNT
At the Celcom Branch
Just visit the nearest Celcom Branch. Don't forget to bring along your original IC and credit/charge card.
