| Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum including the terms and conditions without prior notice to the customer and the customer agrees to be bound by such amendments. |

| By subscribing to this Plan, you shall be subject to the General Terms & Conditions (which includes terms and conditions for Website Use, and Privacy Statement and the Agreement for Celcom Service including without limitation Postpaid Service which may be updated by Celcom from time to time. | Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, it shall refer to the Celcom Registration Form. |

| In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of the CAF and this Addendum, the provisions of this Addendum prevail and supersede such inconsistent provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters covered in this Addendum. |

Rating will be performed throughout the bill cycle based on - Domestic call at 15 sen / min while domestic SMS at 12 sen each. |

Discount of domestic call and SMS will be given according to customer total usage at the end of bill cycle – refer to “Discount & Rebate” column in the bill. |

Customer is required to pay advance payment of RM 50 which will be appeared in 1st month bill. |

For the purpose of calculation of discount and/or rebates, Celcom will use the Customer total usages which include but not limited to all Domestic and International Calls, SMS, MMS, Video Call, IDD, and Data Browsing (if customer opt for pay-per-use). |

• Total usage does not include any Non Recurring Charges, Itemised Billing, VAS, Government tax, Registration and Connection fees. |

The Customer will be charged based on call block of 30 seconds. Call made less than 30 sec will be charged based on 1 call block (rounding off). |

Customer will be given 128Kb SIM card for free. |

For 3G Pay per Use & Daily Unlimited, you shall be entitled to the speed of up to 3.6mbps if HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) subject to the mobile device used by the customer to access within the HSDPA coverage. |

The customer will automatically subscribe to 3G Pay Per Use which shall be a default Data package to be subscribed if there is no monthly unlimited or daily unlimited subscription package subscribed by the customer, |

Customer will be allowed to change any of the Data Packages or to downgrade from 3G/GPRS services to 2G services. Customer will need to terminate this Programme and re-register in order perform such changes subject to the applicable terms and conditions. |

All Celcom Mobile Broadband subscribers (“Customer”) are bound by the terms and conditions of Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy as stated in our website at www.celcom.com.my. |

| 1+5 Plan As Supplementary |
| • |
Customer who subscribes to CE50 will be eligible to register for Celcom 1+5 Plan supplementary lines. |
| • |
This 1+5 Plan is not a standalone plan and MUST BE attached to CE50 Plan whereby CE50 as a Principal line. All supplementary lines shall be registered under the Principal’s name. |
| • |
The Principal shall be liable to Celcom for all Supplementary Postpaid lines registered under his/her name for all charges and amount claimed by Celcom and/or amount stated in the bills. |
| • |
Maximum numbers of Supplementary Postpaid line per Principal are five (5). |
| • |
Customer who choose to subscribe for 1+5 Plan shall be subject to the terms and conditions available for 1+5 Plan. |

| 1. |
Pro-rated Monthly Fee (MF) is charged in 1st bill for customer who registered less than a full month’s billing cycle. |
| 2. |
Pro-rated MF will also be charged in termination of bill and if customer disconnects the line before the billing cycle. |
| 3. |
In the event of customer registered on the billing cycle date, one backdated MF will be charged in 1st bill. |
| 4. |
Any additional usage will be charged according to the tariffs mentioned in Table 1.1 |
| 5. |
Customer who opts for Monthly Unlimited Celcom Broadband Basic and Advance will enjoy a free Unlimited Internet Browsing (“Package”). |
| 6. |
However, for international roaming internet browsing / usage customer must subscribe the International Roaming services and the charges will be based on the roaming country’s rate and Celcom’s prevailing rates. |
| 7. |
This Package is only considered unlimited when used domestically within Celcom’s Network. On roaming the calculation of charges will be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by our roaming partners. Please refer to www.celcom.com.my for the data roaming rates. |
| 8. |
The Unlimited Internet Browsing shall only be considered as unlimited when used domestically within Celcom’s Network. The calculation of roaming charges will be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by Celcom’s roaming partners and published at www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/roamingidd. |
| 9. |
Once customer reaches the monthly allocated volume for Celcom Mobile Internet plans excluding data roaming, the Internet access will be blocked. This applies to the Mobile Broadband mLite and Mobile Broadband mBasic plans. |
| 10. |
The Internet access will be unblocked for Mobile Broadband mLite and Mobile Broadband mBasic on the next bill cycle or when customer subscribes to the Mobile Internet mDaily. Upon next bill cycle, the FUP will be reset and service will resume as subscribed. |
| 11. |
Customer can purchase the Celcom Broadband mDaily at RM3.88 which shall be valid for 24 hours upon purchase. However, once the bill cycle is renewed any/all remaining hours/minutes or surfing from the Broadband mDaily will be reset to the monthly FUP limit. |
| 12. |
For the Celcom Broadband Basic and Celcom Broadband Advance plans, once reaching FUP, the speed will be throttled. Post Volume purchase applies for these two plans. |

| Change of Bill Plan (“Bill Plan”) |
| 1. |
Subject to Celcom sole discretion to reject and/or accept any request, the customers is allow to change the Bill Plan from existing postpaid plan to another postpaid plan currently available at Celcom. |
| 2. |
Change of Bill Plan is offered to the active and existing Celcom’s postpaid customers only. |
| 3. |
Upon Change of Bill Plan, customer shall maintain the existing postpaid mobile number. |
| 4. |
Change of Bill Plan fee of RM10 shall be imposed to customer’s account unless otherwise waived by higher authority or upon promotion. |
| 5. |
Pro-rated Monthly Commitment before and after the Bill Plan will be applicable should the registration is done before the billing cycle. |
| 6. |
No stamp duty and connection fee shall be imposed for this Bill Plan. |

| |
Value Added Services (“VAS”)
Customer is allowed to subscribe to any VAS offered by Celcom upon registration. Such VAS shall be chargeable as per Celcom’s normal rate.
|
| |
Termination
Termination for CE50 shall be in accordance with Customer Agreement Form.
Termination of Mobile Internet plans can be done via any Celcom Branch Customer shall always be subject to the relevant and remaining terms and conditions for voice plan under this package upon termination. In the event the customer opts to terminate the Voice Plan, all the Mobile Internet Plan offered under this Package will be automatically terminated.

Reconnection
In the event of disconnection, upon reconnection of the service to this Package following termination or suspension, Customer (previously under this Package will be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and shall continue to enjoy the tariff rate offered under this Package. A RM10 fee shall be imposed for the reconnection.

Service Migration
The following terms and condition shall only be applicable to Celcom Prepaid customers who migrate to Celcom Exec 50 Plan.
|
| |
| Terms and Conditions for Service Migration from Celcom Prepaid Plan to Celcom Exec 50 Plan (“Service Migration”) |
| • |
Service Migration is only offered to active and existing Celcom’s prepaid customers (“Customer”). Celcom shall in its absolute discretion be entitled to accept or reject any request or application by the Customer for Service Migration. |
| • |
Under this Service Migration, Customer may request for migration from Celcom’s Prepaid Plan (“Prepaid”) to Celcom Exec Plan 50 (“CE50”) and may request to maintain the existing prepaid mobile number. |
| • |
Customer who migrates from any Celcom’s Prepaid Plan to Celcom Exec 50 Plan will not be charged a migration fee of RM 50.00 unless notified by Celcom. |
| • |
Prior to the Service Migration, Customer must acknowledge its account status as reflected in the account summary slip issued by Celcom for any airtime balance and or network access from the current prepaid account balance and termination of existing Value Added Services (VAS) (Subscription based value added services including but not limited to SIM Card Rescue, Call Me Tones etc) |
| • |
Any airtime balance reflected in the account summary slip and acknowledged by the Customer shall be transferred as credit balance in the Customer’s newly registered Celcom Exec 50 account and shall be reflected in the bill in accordance with the billing cycle chosen by Customer. |
| • |
Any dispute of the transferred credit balance will not be entertained. |
| • |
All existing promotions including but not limited to Free Airtime Rebate, Airtime Bonus and Value Added Services enjoyed by the Customer under the Celcom Prepaid Plan will cease and shall be withdrawn automatically upon the Customer’s agreement and acknowledgement of the Service Migration. |
| • |
Upon registration, Celcom shall be entitled to impose any fees or charges under the Celcom Exec 50 Plan in the bill. Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions as herein stated upon registration. |
| • |
Customer may register for Service Migration at Celcom’s branches and Celcom Authorized Dealers. |
| • |
Upon request to migrate to Celcom Exec 50 Plan, Customer shall not be allowed to remigrate to Celcom Prepaid Plan. Celcom shall not be liable for any claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages as a result of service disruption and migration suffered by the Customer. |

The Customer hereby acknowledges that upon successful application for this Service Migration, Customer may experience service disruption in outgoing and incoming of voice and video call, Data call, SMS, MMS, GPRS, 3G etc ) for a minimum period of 24 hours from the requested date. |

| Mobile Number Portability Service |
| This clause is only applicable to customer who applies for mobile number portability service. |
| • |
Customer shall not be required to make an upfront payment upon registration. |
| • |
Customer shall be subject to all mobile number portability service terms & conditions as stated in www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/plans/mnp_overview.php. |
