Terms & Conditions
General
This Plan is also applicable to non-Malaysians/Expatriates (Full deposit of RM500 is to be collected upon registration).
This Addendum and/or Plan shall be read together with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Customer Agreement Form (“CAF”) and the terms and conditions of Celcom Executive 250 Plan (“Plan”) and Privacy Policy as posted on our website at http://www.celcom.com.my.
Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum and/or Plan including the terms and conditions without prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agrees to be bound by such amendments.
Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, it shall refer to the Celcom Registration Form.
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and/or Plan and the terms and conditions of CAF, the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan shall prevail and supersede such inconsistent provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters covered in this Addendum and/or Plan.

Note:
1. Customer can utilize up to 2,000 minutes of voice call or SMS (whichever come first). Bundled services are only applicable for peer to peer domestic usage.
2. Promotion of additional 500 bundled minutes / sms per month is applicable until notified by Celcom.
3. Customer who was subscribed to this Plan may subscribe to Celcom 1+5 Plan as supplementary lines.
4. For HSDPA Data Unlimited, the speed can go up to 3.6mbps if HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) device is used within the HSDPA coverage.
5. All Celcom Mobile Broadband customers are bound by the terms and conditions of Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy and terms and condition of Broadband service as stated in our website at www.celcom.com.my.

** The total amount does not include 6% government tax, call charges or additional VAS subscribed by the customers over & above the Upfront payment and/ or Advanced payment.

1. A prorated Monthly Commitment shall be applicable to Customer who has signed up for less than a full billing cycle.
2. Voice calls shall be charged at 30seconds per block, and SMS shall be charged based on 160 characters per SMS.
3.

Pro-rated Monthly Commitment shall be charged and reflected in the Customer’s 1st bill for Customer who registers less than a full month’s billing cycle.

4. Pro-rated Monthly Commitment shall l also be charged for termination of account and if Customer disconnects the line before the billing cycle.
5. In the event Customer registers on the billing cycle date, one backdated Monthly Commitment will be charged and shall be reflected in Customer’s1st bill.
6. Customer must subscribe to the International Roaming services for international roaming internet browsing/usage. The charges shall be based on the roaming country’s rate and Celcom’s prevailing rates.
7. The HSDPA Data Unlimited plan is only considered unlimited when used domestically within Celcom’s Network. The calculation of roaming charges shall be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by Celcom’s roaming partners and published at www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/roamingidd/.

Change of Bill Plan
1. Subject to Celcom sole discretion to reject and/or accept any request, Customer shall beallowed to change the Bill Plan from existing postpaid plan to another postpaid plan currently available at Celcom.
2. Change of Bill Plan is offered to active and existing Celcom’s postpaid customers only.
3. Notwithstanding the change of Bill Plan, Customer shall maintain the existing postpaid mobile number.
4.

A fee of RM10 shall be imposed and shall be reflected in Customer’s account for change of Bill Plan unless otherwise waived by Celcom.

5. Customer’s bill shall be pro-rated in the event the registration is done before the billing cycle.
6. No stamp duty and connection fee shall be imposed for the Change of Bill Plan.

Value Added Services (“VAS”)
Customer shall be entitled to subscribe to any other VAS offered by Celcom upon registration. Such VAS shall be chargeableas per Celcom’s normal rate.

Reconnection
Upon reconnection of the Service following termination or suspension, Customer (previously under this programme) shall be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and shall continue to enjoy the tariff rate offered under this Addendum and/or Plan. A RM10 reconnection fee shall be imposed.

Termination
Termination of this Addendum and/or Plan shall be in accordance with the terms and conditions in the Customer Agreement Form.

Prepaid Migration
The following terms and condition shall be applicable to Prepaid customers who migrate to Celcom Exec 250 Postpaid Plan:

Terms and Conditions for Service Migration from Prepaid Plan to Celcom Exec 250 Plan (“Service Migration”)

Customer who migrates from Celcom’s Prepaid to Celcom Exec 250 will not be charged migration fee of RM 250.00 until further notice.

Service Migration is applicable to active and existing Celcom’s prepaid customers only (“Customer”) only. Celcom shall in its absolute discretion be entitled to accept or reject any request or application by the Customer for Service Migration.
Under this Service Migration, Customer may request for migration from Celcom’s Prepaid Plan to Celcom Exec 250 Plan and may request to maintain the existing prepaid mobile number.
Prior to the Service Migration, Customer must acknowledge its account status as reflected on the account summary slip issued by Celcom for any airtime balance and or network access from the current prepaid account balance and termination of existing Value Added Services (VAS) (Subscription based value added services including and not limited to SIM Card Rescue, Call Me Tones etc)
Any airtime balance as reflected in the account summary slip and acknowledged by the Customer shall be transferred as credit balance in the Customer newly registered Celcom Exec 250 account and shall be reflected in the bill according to the billing cycle chosen by the Customer.
Any dispute of the transferred credit balance will not be entertained.
Any existing promotions including but not limited to Free Airtime Rebate, Airtime Bonus and Value Added Services enjoyed by the Customer under the Prepaid Plan shall cease and shall be withdrawn automatically upon the Customer’s agreement and acknowledgement of the Service Migration.
Upon successful registration, Celcom shall be entitled to impose any fees or charges for the CEP in the bill.
Customer may register at Celcom’s branches, service centres, Celcom Tele Centres (CTC) and Celcom Authorized Key Dealers.
Upon successful migration to CE 250, Customer shall not be allowed to remigrate to Prepaid Plan. Celcom shall not be liable for any claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages as a result of service disruption and migration suffered by the Customer.
The Customer hereby acknowledges that upon successful application, the Customer will experience service disruption in outgoing and incoming of voice and video calls, Data calls, SMS, MMS GRPS, 3G etc ) for a minimum period of 24 hours from the requested date.

Mobile Number Portability Service
This clause shall only be applicable to Customer who applies for mobile number portability service.

Customer shall not be required to make an upfront payment upon registration.
Customer shall be subject to all mobile number portability service terms & conditions as stated in www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/plans/mnp_overview.php.
