General

This Plan is applicable to new and existing Celom customers (“Customer”) and also to non-Malaysians/Expatriates. Non-
Malaysian/Expatriates shall be required to pay a deposit of RM500 upon registration. |

Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum and/or Plan including the terms and conditions
without prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agrees to be bound by such amendments. |
| • |
By subscribing to this Plan, you shall be subject to the General Terms & Conditions (which includes terms and conditions for Website Use, and Privacy Statement and the Agreement for Celcom Service including without limitation Postpaid Service which may be updated by Celcom from time to time. The current version of all these terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at http://www.celcom.com.my. |

Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, it shall refer to the Celcom Registration Form. |

Customer who registers under the Celcom Exec 20 plan and subscribes for a minimum of six (6) months from the date of registration,
will be entitled to register for the Celcom 1 + 5 Plan. |
| • |
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan and the terms and conditions of CAF, the
provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan shall prevail and supersede such inconsistent provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters
covered in this Addendum. |

Note:

Data Pay per Use package speed allocation is up to 3.6Mbps if HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) device is used
within the HSDPA coverage. |

The tariff for Data Pay Per Use shall be the default with all postpaid voice services if no monthly unlimited package is subscribed
by the Customer. |

Customer will be allowed to downgrade from 3G services to 2G services subject to Celcom terms and conditions. |
| 4. |
Customer is allowed to request for 64k or 128k SIM card for free. Any replacement of SIM card shall be subject to a fee of RM5.00 |
| 5. |
All Celcom Mobile Broadband subscribers (“Customer”) are bound by the terms and conditions of Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy
(FUP) as stated in our website at www.celcom.com.my/broadband. |

Pro-rated Monthly Fee shall be charged in the Customer’s 1st bill who registers less than a full month’s billing cycle. |
| 7. |
Pro-rated MF shall be charged in the event of termination and if Customer disconnects the line before the billing cycle. |
| 8. |
In the event Customer registers on the billing cycle date, one backdated Monthly Fee will be charged in the 1st bill. |
| 9. |
Any additional usage will be charged according to the tariffs mentioned in Table 1.1 |
| 10. |
Customer who opts for Monthly Celcom Broadband Basic and Advance will enjoy an Unlimited Internet Browsing (“Unlimited Internet
Browsing”) which shall be subject to the Broadband Fair Usage Policy (FUP) published at www.celcom.com.my/broadband. |
| 11. |
For international roaming internet browsing / usage Customer must subscribe to the International Roaming services and the charges
will be based on the roaming country’s rate and Celcom’s prevailing rates. |
| 12. |
The Unlimited Internet Browsing shall only be considered as unlimited when used domestically within Celcom’s Network. The
calculation of roaming charges will be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by Celcom’s roaming partners and
published at www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/roamingidd. |
| 13. |
Once customer reaches the monthly allocated volume for Celcom Mobile Internet plans excluding data roaming, the Internet access
will be blocked. This applies to the Mobile Broadband mLite and Mobile Broadband mBasic plans. |
| 14. |
The Internet access will be unblocked for Mobile Broadband mLite and Mobile Broadband mBasic on the next bill cycle or when
customer subscribes to the Mobile Internet mDaily. Upon next bill cycle, the FUP will be reset and service will resume as subscribed. |
| 15. |
Customer can purchase the Celcom Broadband mDaily at RM3.88 which shall be valid for 24 hours upon purchase. However, once
the bill cycle is renewed any/all remaining hours/minutes or surfing from the Broadband mDaily will be reset to the monthly FUP limit. |
| 16. |
For the Celcom Broadband Basic and Celcom Broadband Advance plans, once reaching FUP, the speed will be throttled. Post
Volume purchase applies for these two plans. |

Change of Bill Plan
| • |
Subject to Celcom’s sole discretion to reject and/or accept any request, Customer is allowed to change the Bill Plan from his existing
postpaid plan to this CE20 Plan. |
| • |
Change of Bill Plan is only applicable to active and existing Celcom’s postpaid customers only. |
| • |
Upon Change of Bill Plan request being made, Customer must maintain the existing postpaid mobile number. |
| • |
A fee of RM10 shall be imposed for change of Bill Plan and shall be reflected in the Customer’s account unless otherwise waived by
Celcom. |
| • |
Customer’s bill shall be pro-rated in the event the registration is done before the billing cycle. |
| • |
No stamp duty and connection fee shall be imposed for the change of Bill Plan. |

Data Pay per Use
| • |
All Celcom Voice Plans are provisioned with Data Pay Per Use service (“Data Service”) by default which is chargeable at RM0.10 per 10KB for the Data Service. |
| • |
Customer must turn off the Data Service if it is not in use as the mobile phone may be auto-connected to the Internet without the Customer’s knowledge. Celcom shall not be held responsible or liable for the extra charges that may be imposed on the Customer due to the customers failure as herein described. |
| • |
Selected mobile phones are equipped with auto update feature which enables the mobile phone to connect and update directly via the internet. Customer must disable this feature to prevent the auto update which may result in data charges incurred. |
| • |
Customer shall be responsible to ensure that their mobile phones are not infected with virus which may result in high data pay per use usage charges. |
| • |
Customer shall in all circumstances be responsible to pay any data charges for the usage of the Data Service. |
| • |
This promotion is only applicable to Customers whom subscribe to the Celcom Broadband mLite and mBasic data plans. Internet dependencies are not applicable to customers who subscribe to the Celcom Broadband Basic and Celcom Broadband Advance data plans. |

Value Added Services (“VAS”)
Customer is allowed to subscribe to any VAS offered by Celcom upon registration. Such VAS shall be chargeable as per Celcom’s normal rate.
Termination
Termination for CE20 shall be in accordance with Customer Agreement Form.
Reconnection
In the event of disconnection, upon reconnection of the service to this Package following termination or suspension, Customer (previously under this Package will be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and shall continue to enjoy the tariff rate offered under this Package. A RM10 fee shall be imposed for the reconnection.
Service Migration
The following terms and condition shall only be applicable to Celcom Prepaid customers who migrate to Celcom Exec 20 Plan.

Terms and Conditions for Service Migration from Celcom Prepaid Plan to Celcom Exec 20 Plan (“Service Migration”)
| • |
Service Migration is only offered to active and existing Celcom’s prepaid customers (“Customer”). Celcom shall in its absolute discretion be entitled to accept or reject any request or application by the Customer for Service Migration. |
| • |
Under this Service Migration, Customer may request for migration from Celcom’s Prepaid Plan (“Prepaid”) to Celcom Exec Plan 20 (“CE20”) and may request to maintain the existing prepaid mobile number. |
| • |
Customer who migrates from any Celcom’s Prepaid Plan to Celcom Exec 20 Plan will not be charged a migration fee of RM 50.00 unless notified by Celcom. |
| • |
Prior to the Service Migration, Customer must acknowledge its account status as reflected in the account summary slip issued by Celcom for any airtime balance and or network access from the current prepaid account balance and termination of existing Value Added Services (VAS) (Subscription based value added services including but not limited to SIM Card Rescue, Call Me Tones etc) |
| • |
Any airtime balance reflected in the account summary slip and acknowledged by the Customer shall be transferred as credit balance in the Customer’s newly registered Celcom Exec 20 account and shall be reflected in the bill in accordance with the billing cycle chosen by Customer. |
| • |
Any dispute of the transferred credit balance will not be entertained. |
| • |
All existing promotions including but not limited to Free Airtime Rebate, Airtime Bonus and Value Added Services enjoyed by the Customer under the Celcom Prepaid Plan will cease and shall be withdrawn automatically upon the Customer’s agreement and acknowledgement of the Service Migration. |
| • |
Upon registration, Celcom shall be entitled to impose any fees or charges under the Celcom Exec 20 Plan in the bill. Customer shall be bound by the terms and conditions as herein stated upon registration. |
| • |
Customer may register for Service Migration at Celcom’s branches and Celcom Authorized Dealers. |
| • |
Upon request to migrate to Celcom Exec 20 Plan, Customer shall not be allowed to remigrate to Celcom Prepaid Plan. Celcom shall not be liable for any claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages as a result of service disruption and migration suffered by the Customer. |
| • |
The Customer hereby acknowledges that upon successful application for this Service Migration, Customer may experience service disruption in outgoing and incoming of voice and video call, Data call, SMS, MMS, GPRS, 3G etc ) for a minimum period of 24 hours from the requested date. |
|
Mobile Number Portability Service
This clause is only applicable to customer who applies for mobile number portability service.
