This Addendum and/or Plan shall be read together with the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Customer
Agreement Form ("CAF") and the terms and conditions of the respective Celcom Exec Plans ("Plan") as posted
on our website at www.celcom.com.my |

This Plan is open to all customers ("Customer") (non-Malaysians/Expatriates is subject to a full deposit of RM500
is to be collected upon registration) |

Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum and/or Plan including the terms and conditions without prior notice to the Customer and the Customer hereby agrees to be bound by such amendments. By subscribing to this Plan and/or Addendum, you shall be subject to the General Terms & Conditions (which includes terms and conditions for Website Use and Privacy Statement and the Agreement for Celcom service including without limitation Postpaid Service which may be updated by Celcom from time to time). The current version of all these terms and conditions can be viewed at any time at http://www.celcom.com.my |

Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, it shall refer to the Celcom Registration Form. This
Addendum shall supersede and replace all prior agreements, arrangements or understandings on the same
subject matter entered between the Customer and Celcom. |

This Plan is not a stand alone plan and MUST be attached to Minutes Postpaid or any Celcom Exec Plan as a
Principal line and shall be registered under the Principal's name. |
| • |
The Principal shall be liable to Celcom for all Supplementary Postpaid lines registered under his/her name for all
charges and amount claimed by Celcom and/or amount stated in the bills. |
| • |
The Principal will be allowed to register up to a maximum of five (5) Supplementary lines. |
| • |
In the event the Principal line is terminated due to any reasons whatsoever, all the supplementary lines registered
under the Principal name shall be terminated without prior notice. However, Celcom may communicate with the
supplementary lines users directly without having to give any reasons whatsoever. |
| • |
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Addendum and/or Plan and the terms
and conditions of CAF, the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan shall prevail and supersede such inconsistent
provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters covered in this Addendum and/or Plan. |

Note:
| 1. |
Data Pay per Use package speed can go up to 3.6Mbps if HSDPA (High-Speed Downlink Packet Access) device is used within the HSDPA coverage. |

Data Pay Per Use tariff shall be the default with all postpaid voice services if no monthly unlimited package is subscribed by the customer. |
| 3. |
Customer may be allowed to downgrade from 3G services to 2G services subject to Celcom terms and conditions. |
| 4. |
Customer is allowed to request for 64k or 128k SIM card for free. Any replacement of the SIM card shall be subject to a fee of RM5.00. |
| 5. |
All Celcom Mobile Broadband subscribers ("Customer") shall be bound by the terms and conditions of Celcom's Fair Usage Policy as stated in our website at www.celcom.com.my/broadband

| 1. |
RM30 upfront payment shall be collected upon registration. RM15 shall be rebated into the monthly bill over 1st and 2nd month bill. |
| 2. |
Free voice calls, SMS, video calls and MMS between Principal lines and Supplementary Postpaid lines are
subject to a maximum of 40 hours (2,400 minutes) of voice and video calls, and 3,000 SMS and MMS per
subscriber per month, provided that all the lines are active. |
| 3. |
Voice calls and SMS made to other mobile number or exceeding the above maximum cap will be charged at
20sen/min and 10sen/SMS respectively. Video calls made to other number or exceeding the above maximum
cap will be charged at 20sen/min flat. MMS made to other number or exceeding the above maximum cap will be
charged at 35sen/MMS flat. |

The free voice calls, SMS, video calls and MMS only apply for domestic (Malaysia) usage. |
| 5. |
For international roaming internet browsing / usage Customer must subscribe to the International Roaming
services and the charges will be based on the roaming country and Celcom's prevailing rates. |
| 6. |
RM 3 will be charged for each Principal and Supplementary lines if Customer opts for itemized billing. |
| 7. |
Customer who opts for Monthly Mobile Internet Celcom Broadband Entry, Basic and Advance will enjoy an
Unlimited Internet Browsing ("Package"). The Package shall be subject to the Broadband Fair Usage Policy
published at www.celcom.com.my/broadband/. |
| 8. |
This Package is only considered unlimited when used domestically within Celcom's Network. The calculation of
charges for roaming will be based on roaming pay per use rates as determined by our roaming partners as posted
on www.celcom.com.my/celcomexec/roamingidd/ |
| 9. |
Customer is allowed to request for 64k or 128k SIM card for free. |
| 10. |
Once customer reaches the monthly allocated volume for Celcom Mobile Internet plans excluding data roaming,
the Internet access will be blocked. This applies to the Celcom Broadband mLite and Celcom Broadband mBasic
plans. |
| 11. |
The Internet access will be unblocked for Celcom Broadband mLite and Celcom Broadband mBasic on the next
bill cycle or when customer subscribes to the Celcom Broadband mDaily. Upon next bill cycle, the FUP will be
reset and service will resume as subscribed. |
| 12. |
Customer can purchase the Celcom Broadband mDaily at RM3.88 which shall be valid for 24 hours upon
purchase. However, once the bill cycle is renewed any/all remaining hours/minutes or surfing from the Celcom
Broadband mDaily will be reset to the monthly FUP limit. |
| 13. |
For the Celcom Broadband Basic and Celcom Broadband Advance plans, once reaching FUP, the speed will be
throttled. Post Volume purchase applies for these two plans. |
Data Pay Per Use
| • |
All Celcom Voice Plans are provisioned with Data Pay Per Use service (" Data Service") by default which is chargeable at RM0.10 per 10KB for the Service. |
| • |
Customer must turn off the Service if it is not in use as the mobile phone may be auto-connected to the Internet without the Customer's knowledge. |
| • |
Selected mobile phones are equipped with auto update feature which enables the mobile phone to connect and update directly via the internet. Customer must disable this feature to prevent the auto update which may result in data charges incurred. |
| • |
Customer shall be responsible to ensure that their mobile phones are not infected by virus which may result in high Data Pay Per Use usage charges.

| • |
Customer shall in all circumstances be responsible to pay any data charges from the usage of the Data Service.
|
|
Value Added Services ("VAS")
Customer is allowed to subscribe to any other VAS offered by Celcom upon registration. Such subscription shall be chargeable as per Celcom's normal rate.
Reconnection
Upon reconnection of the Plan following a termination or suspension, Customer (previously under this Plan) will be reconnected into the SAME bill plan and continue to enjoy the tariff offered under this plan. A RM10 fee will be imposed on such reconnection.
Disconnection and Termination
In the event of termination of this Addendum and/or Plan Customer's deposit shall be refunded on actual amount paid less (if any) any amount due and outstanding to Celcom.

Service Migration from Prepaid Plan to Celcom 1+5 Plan ("Service Migration")
The following terms and condition shall be applicable to Service Migration:
Terms and Conditions of Service Migration

This Service Migration is open to all active Celcom Prepaid customers ("Customer") (Non-Malaysians / Expatriates
is subject to a full deposit of RM500 and is to be collected upon registration) |
| • |
Customer who migrates from any Celcom Prepaid Plan to Celcom 1 + 5 Plan will not be charged a migration fee
until notified by Celcom. |
| • |
This Addendum shall be read together with the terms & conditions as stipulated in the Customer Agreement Form
("CAF") |
| • |
Wherever Customer Agreement Form (CAF) is mentioned, its refer to the Celcom's Registration Form |
| • |
Celcom shall have the right to accept or reject the request or application for Service Migration by Customer. |
| • |
Celcom reserves the rights to change, amend and alter any part of this Addendum and/or Plan without prior notice
to the Customer and the Customer hereby agree to be bound by such changes, amendments and/or alteration
thereof. |
| • |
Under this Service Migration, Customer can request for migration from any Celcom Prepaid Plan to Celcom's 1 + 5
Plan ("1 + 5 Plan") and at the same time may request to maintain the existing prepaid mobile number. |
| • |
Prior to the Service Migration, the Customer must acknowledge on its account status based on the account
summary slip issued by Celcom for any airtime balance and or network access from the Customer's current
prepaid account balance and termination of existing Value Added Services (VAS) (Subscription based value
added services including and not limited to SIM Card Rescue, Call Me Tones etc) |
| • |
Any airtime balance stated in the account summary slip and acknowledged by the Customer will be transferred as credit balance in the Customer's newly registered1 + 5 Plan's account and will appear in the 1 + 5 Plan's bill according to the billing cycle chosen by the Customer. |
| • |
Any disputes on the transferred credit balance will not be entertained. |
| • |
All existing promotions including but not limited to Free Airtime Rebate, Airtime Bonus and Value Added Services enjoyed by the Customer under his Prepaid Plan will cease and be withdrawn automatically once the Customer has migrated to Celcom 1+5 Plan under the Service Migration. |
| • |
The Customer hereby acknowledges that upon submission of request for the Service Migration, Customer will experience service disruption. There may be no outgoing and incoming of voice and video call, Data call, SMS, MMS GRPS, 3G etc ) for a minimum period of 24 hours from the date of the request. |
| • |
Upon registration, Celcom shall be entitled to impose any fees or charges for the 1 + 5 Plan in the bills. |
| • |
Customer may register for Service Migration at Celcom's branches, service centres, Celcom Tele Centres (CTC) and Celcom Authorized Key Dealers. |
| • |
Upon successful request for Service Migration, Customer is not allowed to request to remigrate to Prepaid Plan. |
| • |
Celcom shall not be liable under this Service Migration for any claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages as a result of service disruption and migration suffered by the Customer. |
| • |
The Celcom 1+5 Plan ("1+5 Plan") is not a standalone plan and MUST be attached to any Minutes Postpaid Plan or any Celcom Exec Plan as a Principal line and shall be registered under the Principal's name. |
| • |
The Principal shall be liable to Celcom for all Supplementary Postpaid lines registered under his/her name for all charges and amount claimed by Celcom and/or amount stated in the bills. |
| • |
The Principal will be allowed to register to a maximum of five (5) Supplementary lines per Principal. |
| • |
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan and the terms and conditions of CAF, the provisions of this Addendum and/or Plan shall prevail and supersede such inconsistent provisions of the CAF in relation to the matters covered in this Addendum and/or Plan. |

Mobile Number Portability Service
This clause shall only applicable to Customer who applies for mobile number portability service.
