Q1. Who is eligible for Celcom 1+5 Plan?

Q1. Who is eligible for Celcom 1+5 Plan?
A1. All Minutes Postpaid and any Celcom Exec postpaid plan customers can subscribe to Celcom 1+5 Plan.

Q2. Can I sign up for Celcom 1+5 plan without any Principal line?
A2. No, Celcom 1+5 plan must be attached/registered with a Principal line

Q3. If the Principal line is terminated, will the Supplementary lines also be terminated?
A3. Yes, the Supplementary lines will also be terminated without prior notice.

Q4. Do I have to pay any upfront fee upon registration?
A4. Yes, there will an upfront fee of RM30 to be paid upon registration. However, the upfront payment will be credited back to the 1st and 2nd month bill.

Q5. What is the monthly fee of the new 1+5 plan?
A5. RM15 per month for each 1+5 plan subscribers

Q6. Do I enjoy any free calls & messages between the Supplementary lines monthly?
A6. Yes, all Celcom 1+5 plan customers (Principal and Supplementary lines) enjoy up to 2,400 free minutes (voice & video) and 3,000 free SMS/MMS each line, every month

Q7. I am currently subscribed to the 1+5 and enjoying 1,200 free minutes (voice & video) and 1,500 free SMS/MMS each month between the Supplementary lines. Will this usage guideline mentioned above apply to me?
A7. No, to enjoy the new usage guideline of 2,400 free minutes (voice & video) and 3,000 free SMS/MMS, you have to change your bill plan to the new 1+5 plan.

A8. No, the current 1+5 plan where the monthly access fee is Rm5 will not be offered.

A9. No, the free usage is not tranferrable nor carry forward to the next month’s bill.

4. Visit any Celcom Service Centre near you

Q11. Will the unused FREE minutes and messages be rolled-over to the following month if my usage for the month is less than the given free usage?
A11. No, the remaining unused free minutes and messages will be forfeited as per current policy.
