These terms and conditions is supplement to the terms and conditions contained in the agreement for Celcom services made between you and Celcom Mobile Sdn Bhd. (Celcom). |

You understand that the amount displayed under "Unbilled Charges" are not real time and is updated at the transaction day plus one day (T+1) from you last calls made.

There are International Roaming and International Direct Dial calls and records made by you which may not be captured in the Unbilled Charges and will only be reflected in your next/following months bill.

Discounts / rebates, if any, shall only be reflected in your bills in your next/following month. |

Information on your last payment shall be made and refer to Celcom's records of payment transactions made by you. Current charges are based on Celcom's records on your current month of the total bills and usages minus fraud and/or other charges which maybe imposed by Celcom and the Unbilled Charges any are not real time and is updated at the transaction day plus one day (T+1) from your last calls made and the information exclude the recurring charges and monthly discount if any. Total charges displayed shall be based on your usage on that particular months inclusive of all other outstanding amounts owed by you to Celcom (if any); in the following format:

Any other amount or charges which may be imposed by Celcom. |

Celcom's decision on the above matters either as part or the whole terms and conditions shall be final and binding on you. |

The list of information displayed may be subject to changes and amendments from time to time at Celcom's sole discretion. |
