Support for Celcom Certified Devices
Celcom Broadband Certified Devices are tested to ensure they meet our stringent stability and performance requirements. This is critical so that you can be assured of an excellent service experience. In addition, all certified devices are fully supported by Celcom within the warranty period.

Celcom and Vodafone have been working hard to ensure that you can easily use your Celcom Broadband USB modem on Windows®7. However, we have identified a few issues, most of which were already seen on Windows®Vista:
Installation
When you plug your device in, it may take up to a minute before the software installation starts.
After installation
you need to unplug your device, restart your computer and plug it in again.
In Use
When resuming from sleep or standby mode, ignore the message that appears (if any) and reconnect. Should you experience problems, download and install the latest software from Vodafone. Click to download the software here.

Consequences of using non-certified devices
To enjoy great service and peace of mind with Celcom Broadband, please ensure you only use Celcom certified devices. These devices can be purchased at affordable prices from any Celcom authorised dealer nationwide. Furthermore, in the case of fault of malfunction, you can visit any Celcom authorised centre for immediate repair or replacement services.
However, if you insist on using non-certified devices, your Celcom Broadband service performance might be compromised. Non-certified devices pose the following issues:

Celcom does not provide support for non-certified devices. In the case of fault of malfunction, you will need to return the modem to the dealer you purchased it from and repair or replace it at your own cost. |

Non-certified modems may significantly degrade your broadband service quality and speed. |

Some non-certified modems may not be compatible with the Celcom network. |

Non-certified modems may result in overheating. |

Non-certified modem software may adversely affect the performance of your computer. |
