1. Send SMS ON NETSAFE1 (for 1 user license) or ON NETSAFE3 (for 3 user licenses) to 22188 from your Data Only SIM.
2. You will receive SMS to confirm your subscription.
3. You will need to send NETSAFE1 YES or NETSAFE3 YES to get the license key via SMS (The license key is made up of 24 characters, i.e. xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)
4. Key in the license key at the Net Safe client and enjoy being protected all the time!

You are allowed to purchase a maximum of 2 x Single User license and 2 x Three user licenses. For Broadband Advance and Pro, only 1 x Single User license will be free for life.

No, you don’t have to. This service will be renewed automatically every month. You will receive an SMS upon successful renewal every month.

You are required to send STOP NETSAFE1 or STOP NETSAFE3 to 22188 to terminate the service. You will be notified via SMS if the termination is successful.

Your Net Safe service charges will be stopped at the point you send the STOP request. However, you can still enjoy the service till the expiry of subscription

Yes, you can reset the license key by sending RESET NETSAFE1 or RESET NETSAFE3 to 22188.
