The Broadband Advance Service offers speeds of up to 3.6Mbps. This service is only available as a postpaid service. This service is bound by Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy. |

As this broadband service is shared, therefore the service is provided on a best effort basis. |

Customers are required to pay an upfront payment of RM500 at the point of registration. This amount will be reflected in the bill and will be knocked off all the outstanding payments in the customers account. |

This package is subjected to a one time Stand Duty fee of RM10 that will be charged into the first bill. |

|
|
An early termination fee of RM250 will be charged to customers should they terminate their service within 12 months of the service activation. |

|
|
Customers who wish to terminate their service within 12 months from activation date must return the wireless gateway at the point of termination at any Celcom Branch. |

|
Under this plan, customers are not allowed to request for Temporary Disconnection. |

|
The unlimited usage of this broadband service is only for use within the Celcom domestic network. |
| |
|
|
Any data usage out of the Celcom network is considered roaming and customers will be charged Data Roaming charges as determined by the Roaming operator. |

|
The wireless gateway provided with this package comes with a 1 year warranty provided by the dealer at the point of purchase. |
