Minimum subscription period is eighteen (18) months (“Minimum Subscription Period”).
   
This package shall be valid for a period until further notice from Celcom or TM.
   
Speed of the Service is on ‘best effort’ basis.
   
Customers will receive the bill for this bundle package (“Package”) from Celcom.
   
Streamyx modem warranty is twelve (12) months from the date of Streamyx installation.
   
The 1st bill received will include the followings:
 
Streamyx one time service activation fee – RM75.00 (for new customers only);
Streamyx one time service installation fee – RM88.00 (for new customers only);
A one (1) month subscription fee for the package (from the date of activation);
Streamyx Value Added Services (“VAS”) subscription fee (if any); and
Usage for Celcom downloads (if any).
   
Customers are NOT allowed to change their Package during the Minimum Subscription Period.
   
If Customers terminate any one of the service from this bundle Package, the other service will be automatically terminated. In the event termination occurs within the Minimum Subscription Period, a penalty fee of RM350.00 will be charged.
   
This Package is valid for NEW, EXISTING & SUCCESSFUL applications from RESIDENTIAL category ONLY.
   
Customers will enjoy free complimentary Celcom Broadband usage for seven (7) days upon successful registration of the Package.
   
Effective billing date for this Package:
 
Streamyx successfully installed within seven (7) days period - Billing will be effective on the 8th day from registration date; and/or
Streamyx successfully installed after seven (7) days – Customers will be charged with Celcom Broadband subscription at RM68.00 (pro-rated) until Streamyx is installed. Billing for the package will be effective based on Streamyx installation date.
   
Customers who subscribe to this Package are required to pay an upfront payment of one (1) month subscription fee upon registration.
   
Streamyx service is subject to availability and technical testing. In the event Streamyx cannot be provisioned within thirty (30) days after registration of the Package, Customers who agreed to change the package to Celcom Broadband will be automatically provisioned with the service. Otherwise, the Package will be automatically terminated.
   
Temporary disconnection is not allowed for Customers who subscribe to this Package.
   
For existing Streamyx Customers who migrate to this Package, the balance of Streamyx subscription fee from Customer’s account (if any) will remain in TM bill. Customers are required to settle the outstanding balance accordingly and failure to do so may result in service suspension.
   
Streamyx service is dependent on TM fixed line. Failure to settle TM fixed line bill may result in Streamyx service suspension. In the event TM fixed line is terminated either by Customer or TM, this Package will also be automatically terminated.
   
Any relocation of Streamyx service will be entertained based on the Customer’s request. However, in the event the Streamyx service cannot be relocated due to service unavailability at the new location, Customer will be advised to terminate the Streamyx service and maintain the Celcom Broadband.
   
Streamyx.com email size provided for this bundle is 4MB. Additional mailbox space request is not applicable.
