All Celcom Broadband certified devices carry IMPRINTED Celcom Broadband logo on the front or at the back of the device . These devices are only distributed by our authorized distributors; Ten Ten Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, First Mobile Group Sdn Bhd (FMG) or Potential Connection Sdn Bhd. Each authorized distributor have their own “original” label on the modem.

Celcom and Vodafone have been working hard to ensure that you can easily use your Celcom Broadband USB modem on Windows®7. However, we have identified a few issues, most of which were already seen on Windows®Vista:
When you plug your device in, it may take up to a minute before the software installation starts.
After installation, you need to unplug your device, restart your computer and plug it in again.
When resuming from sleep or standby, ignore the message that appears (if any) and reconnect. Should you experience problems, download to install the latest software from Vodafone.

To ensure you experience great Mobile Broadband service with Celcom Broadband, please ensure you only use Celcom certified devices. These devices can be purchased at very affordable prices from any Celcom authorised dealer nationwide. Celcom certified devices also offer your peace of mind. In case of any fault of malfunction, you can always visit a Celcom authorised centre for immediate repair or replacement services.
However, if you insist on using non-certified devices, please note that your Celcom Broadband service performance might be compromised. Additionally, non-certified devices pose the following issues:
- Celcom does not provide support for non-certified devices. In the case of fault of malfunction, you will need to return the modem to the dealer you purchased it from and repair or replace it at your own cost.
- Non-certified modems may significantly degrade your broadband service quality and speed.
- Some non-certified modems may not be compatible with the Celcom network.
- Non-certified modems may result in overheating.
- Non-certified modem software may adversely affect the performance of your computer.
