Before you start using your Celcom Broadband Prepaid™ SIM card for the first time, you need to activate your SIM card. Here’s how:

The system will send a notification message confirming your activation status. Now your Celcom Broadband Prepaid™ SIM card is ready for use.

Subscribing
Follow these simple steps on how to subscribe to Celcom Broadband Prepaid™ via SMS.

Subscribe to Daily Unlimited (24 hours)

Subscribe to Weekly Unlimited (7 Days)

Note: To check on your subscription status, type broadband status and send to 28882.
You will receive SMS notifications, 24 hours and 1 hour prior to expiry of subscription.

Airtime Credit Validity
Unused Airtime Credit will be forfeited on the 101st day after your airtime validity expires. However, you can still receive SMS, and check your Airtime Credit balance for the next 100 days.

Note: Airtime credit is only valid for data usage and not for Voice or SMS.
