The Broadband Basic Service offers speeds of up to 384kbps.
   
This service is only available as a postpaid service.
   
This service is bound by Celcom’s Fair Usage Policy of 5GB a month.
   
As this broadband service is shared, therefore the service is provided on a best effort basis.
   
Customer subscribing to a standalone Broadband Basic package is required to pay an advance payment of RM68 upon registration.
   
If customers are taking this package as a VAS on top of their Voice Package, the RM68 upfront is not required.
   
This package is subjected to a one time Stand Duty fee of RM10 that will be charged into the first bill.
   
Customers subscribing to the Data Only (Standalone) package will not get Voice and SMS services on their SIM card.
   
Customers subscribing to this package are entitled to a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.
   
The 7 Days Money Back Guarantee will be effective from the time the service is activated and will take into consideration all weekends and public holidays. Therefore, should your 7th day fall on a Sunday, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the termination request is done before that.
   
In order to be entitled for the 7 Days Money Back Guarantee, customers must terminate their services at Celcom Branches Only.
   
The unlimited usage of this broadband service is only for use within the Celcom domestic network.
   
Any data usage out of the Celcom network is considered roaming and customers will be charged Data Roaming charges as determined by the Roaming operator.
