Celcom Helpdesk Speed Dialer

Celcom Helpdesk Speed Dialer provides an interface for BlackBerry users to dial a pre-set Celcom Customer Careline numbers by simply selecting an icon.

A speed dialer will ease the customer to make a call without the need to know the actual number.

Celcom Helpdesk Speed Dialer will have Celcom Helpdesk logo as it icon.

This service is FREE and is offered to all Celcom Blackberry users, where it can be downloaded from BlackBerry Apps World or via following link at "Step 1" .

Use a Celcom BlackBerry Smartphone to download the application from App World or via below link.		Once downloaded and installed, user will be able to see icon "Celcom Helpdesk" as below at the Blackberry Desktop.

Click the icon and user will get below menu screen.		Move the scroll button to select "From your Celcom Line (Toll Free)". Click on it OR Press "ALT" follow by "1".

		A call will be initiated to number: 1111
Step 5		Step 6
The same step to call other Customer Service numbers. Select " From another Network (1300)" OR Press "ALT" follow by "2"		Select "From Overseas" OR press "ALT" follow by "3".

A call will be initiated to number: 1 300 111 000		A call will be initiated to number: +603 3630 8888

RoamSaver

RoamSaver provides an interface for Celcom BlackBerry users to call back to Malaysia and other countries while overseas. It allows for quick access to RoamSaver *120*, a call back service, where it automatically dials the prefix whenever an outgoing call is made while roaming. Enjoy greater savings compared to the normal roaming rates! RoamSaver can be downloaded for FREE from BlackBerry Apps World or via the following link shown in Step 1.

Share Airtime with Your Loved Ones

It's said good things are meant to be shared. Now, you can share your credit with your friends and family whenever they need it. Just follow these few easy steps below:

Airtime Transfer

To transfer between RM1 to RM10 worth of credit via SMS:

e.g. To transfer RM1 type RM1 and send to 10131234567

To transfer between RM11 to RM25 worth of credit:
1. Register your number of Airtime Transfer Share via SMS

e.g. CAT 123456 anna and send to 1019

2. To transfer credit

e.g. RM10 123456 and send to 10131234567

Airtime Request

You can also request between RM1 to RM25 worth of credit just by requesting via SMS. Here's how:

e.g. To request for RM10 credit, type RQ 10 and send to 10131234567

Request credit comes with the following credit expiry:

The validity is subject to recipient's existing credit expiry
- the greater duration will take precedence
